Staff friendly. There was a woman in reception, she was so nice! possible to wash clothes for free! We did not know and lady asked us where we were going with out dirty clothes - so we said ‘laundromat’ and she showed us to the back where we washed two times during our stay for free.

The shower was a bit small, just next to toilet so everything would get wet, but functional

It has everything I need for mixed business and leisure. Wifi, comfy bed, table and chair, spacious cabinets and drawers, ref, and water boiler. And the location is good, near MRT Lumphini. I'd like to jog when I am in Bangkok, and Lumphini Park is nearby. It's near Silom if drinking is what you want, too. And my room has windows and mini-balcony, so spending NY here is very comfy.

Wifi can be spotty in some areas in the room so I need to position the table when working. The bathroom could be nice if it was bigger; the space is cramped there. But these are not big deals, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel for a low price. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The room has fast wi-fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV, clothes dryer, a couple of cups and plates. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel, towels and linen are clean. You can ask for a hair dryer at the reception. There are free washing machines outside. 2 minutes walk to 7/11. 4-5 minutes walk to the metro station. It is important to note! If you don't want to ruin your stay, then take care of a few things: wipe down the clothes drying rack before hanging light-colored clothes on it. Use the timer on your air conditioner to prevent it from turning to ice. for taxis I use indrive (important: manually move the marker to the annex lumpini building) in this case the taxi arrives correctly. The room was very clean and we found the staff to be really wonderful. For example, we asked for more water one evening and the attendant delivered water within 2 minutes. They also held our luggage for several hours until we caught the train. The rooms are basic, but the price indicates that they will be. There are loads of restaurants around the area and it is a short walk to the Metro.

No lift, but we had no issue with the stairs. For some reason cab drivers struggled to find the place.

I made 2 bookings here as quite liked the room and location worked for me. The room had a massive comfortable bed, really good working AC, WiFi was good though sometimes need to keep logging in so make sure to tick the keep me logged in/remember me box on the login page. Rooms were cleaned daily, bottles of water and complimentary tea/coffee provided. Tv worked in room, bathroom was fine, hotel in between 2 MRT stations, not far from Lumpini Park where can go for a jog around the lake and see some amazing large lizards. Hotel was quiet and I booked again a few more nights with them.

The only downside to my room was the view from the balcony but wasn't really spending much time during the day in the room, balcony handy to rinse out clothes and leave outside to dry overnight on the rack provided.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. Great location.

Staff speaks English but not fluently. Only enough for basic communication.

I have stayed at Annex before. This time the shower water heater worked. As a 70 year old, having to walk up to the 4th floor was an exercise.

Nothing really… for 750฿ What do you want? A clean room and soft bed. You get more than that here

Simple but great place in the centre, close to the metro station, helpful and nice staff.

Walls are a bit thin so voice insulation is not perfect.

Staff were amazing and top 5 stars. Super clean and big room with affordable price. Lots of food vendors literally around the corner on the main road. Would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps not as central as I thought. It is a good 20 mins walk to Silom area with noisy traffic; It is Bangkok after all!
