Laundry services, fluctuate pricing. Used the service overy 3 occasion, the last not only being with being charged double for same items washed before but most items were not properly cleaned and one of my sport shirt ended up with iron damaged marks. No support whatsoever received from management, still made to pay for for fanthom items not on list. Without prejudice be careful using this service. Apart from this I would 100% recommend this hotel..... Oh finally easy access once you know how to central Bangkok.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel in a twin room with a view of the golf course and planes dropping down on to the runway of Don Meuang airport. I liked this hotel. The rooms are big, there's armchairs to sit in, bathroom, coffee, tea and water supplies are replenished each day, and the staff are as friendly and considerate as any hotel in which I have stayed. The air conditioning was fierce enough to require being turned off for long periods, particularly during the night. The housekeeping ladies were lovely and work so hard with all the rooms they need to change and clean. There is a very modern, well equipped gym and swimming pool, neither of which I used, but was there if I needed them. I did use the little ironing room for guests. Best of all. you're high up, with the lobby on the 10th floor and my room on the 17th. Underneath is Zeer Rangsit Mall with a basement full of food options. It's a well run hotel. You can't go wrong staying here. I am back again for 3 nights in August. I have friends in the area.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. 17th story room with a nice view over the golf course and nearby residential area, along with planes landing at the airport. Good size room with effective air conditioner, fridge and hair dryer. Comfortable beds and daily room cleaning. TV has some English stations including the BBC.

This room's wall paper looked slightly worn in spots. It's an old hotel and some rooms are in better condition than others.

The hotel upgrade all my rooms to executive. Excellent service.

I arrive very late, pass midnight 1 am. I try to purchase breakfast voucher but the front desk refuse to sell. So I have to purchase at the restaurant but the restaurant staff is too busy and cannot communicate in English. But the next morning I try to purchase the 2nd day breakfast, they allowed us to purchase as their policy states that I cannot purchase after I had check in. Overall still ok with the service.

Location was very good. We love that all of the shops are just down stairs. Staff were friendly and the pool as great, car parking was very good. We will stay again here. The location was very good. Thanks

The accessibility is a bit complicated since you have to use the same elevator with Zeer Rangsit department store.

how clean it was. the staff was so helpful and wonderful. the pool was great to swim in when you could . Shopping mall located inside the hotel itself.

Staff were very helpful with our requirements. Great location above a mall and market outside.

The breakfast wasn’t great and there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. But there are lots of options in the mall.

I ordered a club sandwich late in the evening. The next day and for the next three days I have had stomach cramps. Was the chicken not safe?
