Tree House a great get away if you're looking for something low key and restful surrounded by greenery. The location is on an island within the city, getting to the hustle and bustle required a less than 5 min ferry, which added to the experience. This may require some travelers to plan with ferry times in mind. There are bridges for cars to drive onto the island, but the time and cost often make the ferry a much better option. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis from the airport and were communicative along the way. The breakfast on site was wonderful and the breakfast area was really peaceful. The room itself was beautiful, private and quiet. The shower was lovely, semi outdoor but very chic and spacious. We wished the bathroom had a door as opposed to a standing screen. However, later in our trip we found other hotels in Bangkok had a similar set up (curtains or screens as doors). This ended up being a non-issue at Tree House because the bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs. Overall, Tree House felt like a retreat in the lap of nature.

The staff were great! Friendly and helpful. The wider area of the riverside is idyllic almost like being in the countryside. It's really a unique location. The communal areas of the hotel were also nice.

This is just me. I like rooms with a lot of open space, but the rooms here are built upwards with a ground floor with shower, toilet etc, a second floor with a bedroom, and a third floor rooftop area. It all felt very tight and close to me and I was constantly going up and down these weird stairs which had different levels for each foot.

Everything. Really relaxing. Lots of birdsong. Hard to believe it's Bangkok Friendly staff, very little English but do their best. As it was hot season, we took the ferry from Bang Na and rented bikes from the Tree House. Its a fairly long trip to the botanical Gardens at this time of year so leave early I should mention that tho some people have complained about the food, the evening meal was fine. Breakfast was OK. However, be honest, you are not there for the food.

I'd have to say, its not ideal for older visitors as the steps up to the bedroom are rather steep

The Tree House is fantastic, surrounded by nature and great beautiful architecture with glasses and mirrors to expand the feeling. The room was big, the shower was in open nature and had thick blinds so no drama with bugs, but the do annoy a bit on the balcony. The food is fantastic, worth it the price. And staff is super helpful, friendly, and quick.

Because of location, access is hard and it might look scary at first (it did for us arriving late night, the taxi left us on the ferry entry and it took a while for us to understand, thankfully 7/11 staff helped). On their side of the river, it's completely worth it the isolation, everything is green and it doesn't look like inside a city as big as bangkok.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the work that has gone into designing the rooms is unreal! They are architectural wonders and the surroundings in Bangkrajao are amazing. The staff here are wonderful and the restaurant serves some of the best food I have ever eaten in Thailand and I have lived in Bangkok for many years. Incredibly friendly, helpful service and the staff speak amazing English. Amazing two day getaway from the city in an an absolutely mesmerising room that is SOOOOOOOO worth the money

There is so much rubbish. Litter in all of the beautiful greenery is such a shame. It would be much more attractive with a good clean

A great location on the river wiht lovely rooms with a balcony and roof terrcae with day bed. Lots of cafes, floating market and local communities all in walking or cyvling distance. Great food and staff were friendly and helpful

There was a lot of noise with building work, whihc coudk have been better to do in the week when the property was less busy. The bikes were great but most needed a service -no working brakes, not able to adjust seats, etc

The room and rooftop was beautiful. The location is amazing and I loved the free access to bicycles and the honesty bar. The staff were friendly and the large outdoor shower was incredible. Breakfast was wonderful and the whole experience was great.

The stairs in the room are hard to walk up and awkward. OK for me, but may not be for older people or those with leg/knee issues.

It’s located on Island call Bang Krajao. Can reach here by car and boat. Property is not far from pier. No car can access, recommend bike and walk. The resort has unique accommodations. 3 floor with Shower room on first floor, bedroom on the second and rooftop on top. Surrounded by trees, insects, birds and more. Just relax and sit down for listening nature around you. It’s very clam. Staff were nice , helpful and kind.

Not really dislike but not recommend for elder or small children. The resort has lots of steps. Be careful about stairs in the room. Very steep.

Very original and interesting property with lovely staff set right on the river.

Extra bed was a duvet folded in half! Main bed mattress was ok but bedding needs an upgrade.
