Very friendly and helpful staff who took a personal interest in their guests and were good communicators. Very close to Chatuchak Market (the reason we decided to book there), and a Seven11 just a minute's walk away.

While everything else was clean, the floors were pretty dirty (bare feet don't lie). There also weren't bars/cafes/restaurants in the immediate area and we didn't feel like heading off to search for them a few blocks away. But, in fairness, we were there for its proximity to the market.

Nice cosy hotel and the staff were very helpful and smiling. Its a value for money accomodation with a decent simple breakfast, not much choice though. Its in a quiet neighbourhood and therez a 7-11 nearby for any urgent purchases. The property is maintained nicely and was pretty clean.

Slightly off the main road, so had to walk a bit from the bus or train stations. Shower pressure was very slow and the pillows were not very comfortable

The hotel is really nice and modern. We loved our room and the shower. The design of the room and the idea behind it - each room representing different place in Thailand and explaining something about that place - is really nice. I was afraid the mattresses would be too hard (after reading the reviews), but it was not that bad at all.

Perhaps the location is not for everyone - we booked here because of the Chatuchak weekend market, which is very close. But other than that, not many things to do around. MTR is very close though.

Breakfast set is good but there is a charge. Need better communication in English to pay and order at front desk first before going into restaurant to avoid confusion and very long wait time on weekend for service/food.

1) Wifi was very slow /weak Or didn’t work. 2) added another night beforehand, total 3, had to cancel first 2 night reservation. When checking in, the cancelled 2 night reservation is what they had. Brought to their attention the second day and they found the 3 night Rez, caused a bit if confusion with payment. More communication at check in perhaps-verification of nights booked etc.

Very friendly welcome from staff after long journey. Rooms really stylish and modern. Quirky art and regional information in rooms and public spaces. Beds are firm, futon style. Great value for Bangkok with Thai breakfast ( or eggs and ham) included. Close to market and main train station.

Please improve the pillows to make this 10/10 !

Freshly brewed coffee in the morning would made my stay even better.

Really big rooms. Was close to the bus station for a nights stay in Bangkok before travelling onwards. Separate dressing area with plenty of hanging/clothes storage. Nice bathroom/shower.

The bed was on a raised platform that stuck out a long way and so it was difficult to get in and out of in the dark. Other than that was perfect for a stopover with access to the Chatuchak weekend market.

Very welcoming staff, welcome is like welcome family, food and service is great Boss is so welcoming,experience your self, I have stayed in 5 star hotels in BKK they do not come close to how I feel about POO YAI Lee hotel Next time my hotel of choice!!!❤️😊

The room was amazing. The bed was great. The breakfast was delicious, the distance to BTS is close. And this hotel is also very close to Chatuchak market!! The staff was great!! I will stay here again.
