It's most convenient location for all your needs, I stay tower B very good right opposite is convenient stores and plenty of food within the vicinity to choose. 3 minutes walk to Indra square and night market, all other just a walking distance. It's value for money I highly recommend this to anyone.

Hot shower not working during my stay 4 nights and room sleeping pillows are too soft and too flat like there is nothing to keep head on it. I stay room 2203.

This hotel is located at the pratunam area which is a good place for shopping. There are both morning and night market nearby the area, making it a good place to stay for those who like to shop. Platinum fashion mall is also nearby. There are also a lot of food stall around that area. 7-11 convenience store is nearby as well.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned compared to other modern hotel but it’s acceptable. The room is not sound proof and can hear noise from the aisle and other room inside your room. People who are sensitive to noise should take note of this.

the staff not friendly. i was begin scold because i complain about my air conditioning not cold.

The receptionist (guy) during our check-in is very protective and kind. I forgot to ask his name. Also very responsible & kind hearted. Couldn't see him during the checkout to say tq sooooo much. He did very great job. Making us feel safe n comfortable. The room also spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to platinum mall & the hotel is located at the Pratunam Market. A little bit busy in the morning, but it's ok. Feel the vibes of Thailand. I love it. Easy to find food, especially halal food. Seven eleven is just in front of the door😍. Massage centre is just around the corner. Overall our stay at this property is very satisfying and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will stay here again next time. Keep the good job👍

The room was spacious. The hotel is safety even though located in crowded place

The location is in a crowded area. It's quite hard to find bolt/grab to go back to the hotel. It also took 15 mins by walk to the train station. The pillow is also only one. Not enough for me who like to sleep with at least 2 pillows.

Fisrt, My english not good so I will write shortly. Location is very good, hotel stay at Pratunam and Platinum mall, near Big C and Central World that so amazing. Room is very clean, beautiful and very wide, bathroom so clean and many satisfied. I will booking again If I have chance travel to bangkok again.

Address of hotel has a little hard to fine by tuk tuk or motobike or grab car.

The Room are super nice and cozy even with 2 child . Near 7e just in front the building and near prathunam night market . Easy to find Halal Food and the staff are super friendly and very much helpful to customers ❤️

Not all staffs have good attitude but mostly yes and some with smiles all the way...

They could have given us 2 room cards instead of 1, so that when we go out it will not be necessary for all to come back together... Because the lift need cards to get up to our hotel

Strategic area, near to shopping centre n restaurants.Room was really clean. Staff very helpful. The bell boy helped us to fix our sim card.Another bell boy helped to call an online taxi which was cheaper.

The TV connection was disappointing. Watched a movie halfway as there was no connection.
