I use it every time I come to Thailand.

There were times when the temperature of the hot water in the shower was low this time, but it must be the infrastructure situation. It's a little disappointing.

This is my go to hotel every time I visit Bangkok. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are always clean, the pool is small but relaxing, the facilities offered are good. Location is great - it’s a 1 minute walk to 7/11 from the hotel and On Nut BTS, Lotus Tesco and Century Movie Plaza Mall are 5 minutes walk away. The price is very good - you pay for what you get and this hotel delivers value for money. Looking forward to my next stay at the end of June.

The smoking area outside the hotel doors as sometimes if there is a group of smokers there and you are entering / leaving the hotel you have to walk through the smoke.

Room is so spacious for 2 person, there's a balcony, kitchen and kitchen sink, microwave and cozy bed. location is a bit far from the temples and main attraction but still okay since we want a quiet place away from the city buzz. It is very easy to go to Siam Paragon mall, Icon Siam and other shopping centers. Check in and out was a breeze and straight to the point, no other complaint since it is very easy to request things from them, like room service or extra key card if you forgot your keys inside your room like what happened to us haha. Lobby smells so good and you can smoke just outside the hotel or just dont smoke inside the hotel, they're not very strict about it. Over all, the place is so nice and will definitely come back if I have a chance. I already miss the hotel tbh, where we can just get up and go down for a breakfast haha. you may want to be careful of pigeons in the outside dining area as well since there are very fast in taking your unattended food :p oh, btw, nearest station is On Nut, just 5-10 mins walk depending to your speed. I hope to stay here soon again! <3

Not that I don't like, but it could be better, the breakfast. Only 2 dishes vary every other day but everything is the same but not a big deal since there is a coffee machine where you can just get your coffee as many as you want, egg section which you can request how would you want your egg and pad thai, curry, sauteed pork and rice porridge are my favorites.

ALL THE ABOVE.BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD BREAK FAST BE EARLY.ROOM IS EXCELLENT.LOCATION TO ME BEING AN INDIAN IS GOOD.OVER ALL THE PACE IS FANTAASTIC✌️.ITS VERY GOOD FOR COUPLES AND SINGLES.

RESTAURANT IS TOO CROWDED ANY WAY ITS CROSS WIBES AND THE CULTURAL DIFFERENCES MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.I WISH THEY COULD CHANGE THE POOL BOARD FROM SMALLL TO 4/8 IN THE BAR.THE SHAVING BLADES ARE FOR SOFT SKINS CAN NOT SHAVE MUCH..I AM AN INDIAN A BIT OF HARD SKIN…THEY BETTER SERVE BETTER SHAVING BLADES AND OTHERWISE ITS ALL GOOD.I LOVED THE PROPERTY.

All the staff from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant waitresses were so kind and welcoming and they looked after me very well, nothing was to much trouble for them , even when I had to get a PCR test for my flight it was all handled quickly and efficiently. This will be my go to hotel for my future stays in Bangkok, so near to on Nut BTS station which is a short walking distance ,7-11 is just 100yards away same with the ATM. There was nothing I did not like , everything I experienced was what I would expect with Thai hospitality, I would definitely recommend X2 Vibe hotel to anyone. Anyone that complains about this place needs to re-think on what their expectations are and what you get for the money is so well worth it.

comfy bed, cleanliness - sparkly clean close to supermarket and plenty street food near by value for money

sound proof, we can hear someone yelling in the hallway about 2am in the morning. location not that central if you got a tight schedule, but we didn’t mind the travel so fine by us. check in process - we paid in advance, but the reception staff didn’t find our payment. it took us a good amount of time to get ourselves checked in. better communication needed with the finance and reception desk.

It's 5 mins walking distance from On Nut BTS station. There's also a 7-11 right around the corner. The guy receptionist who checked me in was cute, briefed me through facilities around the hotel. Room I booked was spacious, we're very happy about it.

Buffet breakfast menu was repetitive. I stayed there for 5 days, and I had almost the same food everyday. Food quality wise, there's nothing to complain.

Perfect location! Lovely staff. Pool, gym and restaurant were all great. (Studio) - Room size was okay for a family of 4. (2 children aged 5). It has plates, cutleries, well working fridge and microwave and kettle.

Our room's bathroom smelled like hair dye.(Studio in the back building) Floor of the room should have been cleaned with a mop prior to occupancy, as my kids feet would always be dirty whenever they walk around the room without slippers.

great atmosphere … friendly and very helpful staff … good food and drinks choice, great facilities for a city centre hotel. fantastic location BTS is 8 minute walk from the hotel … 7/11 is 3 minute walk and Lotus Tesco supermarket 5 minute walk. we booked a one night stay 45 minutes before turning up but explained to the reception team we had a 9 night booking the next day and could we leave our luggage at the desk because of the time difference between checking out and checking back in (different room type) and too our surprise when we checked out they said our next room was ready and let us check straight in.
