Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient. They have a van available on the hour to transfer to the airport and it is very reasonable. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, the family next door cooked our breakfasts and dinners and the food was excellent. The family also has a taxi driver available to give tours at a very reasonable rate. The WiFi was also excellent.

Because the hotel is right next to the airport it is noisy from the flights as it is a busy airport. But the convenience was worth it and we didn't lose any sleep over it.

Conveniently close to BKK airport and airport rail link. Great fresh complimentary coffee in the lobby, too. Staff was very helpful and was accommodating to my request to early check in and switch rooms. Strong wifi, great shower and clean, spacious rooms.

The first room had a very loud condenser outside the room, however they quickly switched our room upon request and I slept great in the second room.

My relatives love everything the experiences that they receive duringbtheir trip in Thailand yr. Yr. 2022. From the moment they arrive at the airport, the floral shire staff are very quick in replying to enquiries and very professional in picking you up for transfer from the airport to the inn. The place from the pix is very clean and breakfast was provided. Very helpful staff and accommodating to foreign travels who barely know about their country. My relatives will be back again and will s pens more time in Bangkok, Thailand. They love the people, the food, safe place for tourist . Highly recommended.

Very large room. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Modern bathroom. Very clean throughout. Kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer provided. Very quiet day and night. Excellent value near the airport if you have wheels or come by hotel van.

At the far end of a soi (side street) off the main Lat Krabang highway. Long walk to shops, food, etc., with plenty of friendly street dogs for company. No [problem if you have wheels or were driven there in the hotel's airport van.
