I stayed here 3 years ago and really enjoyed the stay and familiarized with the Thong Lor area which I love so decided to give it a go ahead so I can hit the ground running. The location is tremendous especially if you don't want to live so close to the busier area up Sukhumvit. Thong Lor neighborhood and adjacent Ekkamai are heavily Japanese influenced so you get a bit of a mixed cultural vibe with limitless options for good eats and drinks in particular the most famous mango sticky rice spot in the city. The hotel is very close to Sukhumvit Road so it's only 5 min walking distance to the Thong Lo BTS station and with that you have quick metro access to all the mega malls like Centralworld, Siam Paragon, EmQuartier, Terminal 21 along the road. Breakfast buffet is ok...it was better 3 years ago

The physical location is great but it's tucked in next to the Nikko hotel so no driver in the city seems to know about this and google map doesn't either. So you have to let everyone know you are going to or to be picked up from the Nikko Hotel or else disaster ensues. Also the rooms are starting to show their age a little bit, the shower temperature was either ice cold or steamy hot. Again, for the price these are all manageable inconveniences.

Extremely helpful staff. I requested a booking at a restaurant as the only possibility was to book over the phone and I wanted to have dinner on the first night when I arrived in Bangkok. The staff made sure that the booking was made *they called the restaurant to double/check as I was checking in. They also helped me with taxi. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable.

I cannot think about anything. Location is convenient, not central but close to a metro station which makes it easy to get to the main touristic attractions.

Very clean, great location, polite staff, superb comfortable room. loved the hi tech bidet toilet seat. Conveniently located near the Thong Lo BTS station and within 20 min walking distance of the Samitivej hospital if you need to get a Covid 19 fit to fly PCR or Antigen test before departing Thailand from Suvarnabhumi airport.

breakfast wasn’t great and was described as buffet style but it tuned out it wasn’t. Breakfast was included in our room rate which was pretty cheap so not really a problem. I would’ve been super disappointed if I had paid the advertised 350THB per person for breakfast because it wasn’t worth that.

Great location friendly staff. The room is perfect for a sleep in with the shower being amazing. Onsite restaurant is amazing and there are nice cafes and bars nearby. All in all ten out of 10.

I have no complaints for this hotel. Staff made us feel very welcome. We went to the restaurant and the bee was cold. All and all no complaints.

The hotel was very clean and rooms were nice. Good beds. Breakfast had all we needed. Also the location was perfect (near BTS station).

Nothing bad to say. The pool was in the hotel next to our hotel but it didn’t bother us. Also no balconies in the rooms.

The hotel was well located, walking distance to restaurants. Nice neighborhood.

Breakfast was really weak, a few options only and nothing appealing. Bed was really hard. They don't accept AMEX card, so in mainly Thailand they don't , is not their fault.

There's nothing not to like. Excellent value for money.

The beds were really comfortable. Everything was very clean and the Staff were helpful and friendly. They did printing for us for example - nothing was too much trouble, very efficient.

It met all our needs for a city stopover

The room was great and clean. The hotel is very close to train station, and in lively neighborhood with nice clubs and restaurants.

The location is at Tonglor and the price is reasonable.

Not sure if it is just our room, the toilet was very difficult to flash out. It was 4 attempts at the minimum each time to ensure it was clean.
