This is less of a hotel and more of a guest house as they have around 14 rooms. The lady on "reception" is very polite and helpful, it was possible to always stay in touch via intercom in the lobby. The rooms are ok for the price. Location is very good, near bts & metro, easy to get to tourist attractions. Big mall nearby (terminal 21). Very good breakfast place just around the corner.

You have to take shoes off before entering inside the hotel. But this is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The water pump and drainage are quite noisy, so you can hear it every time you or other room guest go clean their hands or whatever. No second nightstand and electric outlets position are not convenient sometimes. AC is pointed directly at your bed.

+ Great location: close to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, so easy to get to many destinations around Bangkok. + Clean room and very clean towels. AC doesn't smell, also the room was not very humid. Cleaning on request, but every day you get a basket with fresh towels, essentials, and water + My room was very quiet, I could not hear neighbors through the walls (only if someone was in the hallway). Also, the hotel is on a quiet street so no immediate bars or restaurants with noise. You can hear cars from the big street, but they are a bit further away. + Big firm bed

- Reception is off starting from 17.00, which is quite early. And self check-in might be a bit cumbersome. - It was a bit uncomfortable to use different key cards for the room and the entrance. - No chargers near bed I enjoyed my stay. I see some people don't like "shoes off" policy on the property, but for me, it adds to a home feeling

Stayed in the family room (3-4 pax) for 4 days and 3 nights with girlfriends for a short vacation. Booked as early as September as the online booking has a special rate. Arrived around 1 pm. We were allowed to check in before the allotted time (2-5pm). We were also allowed to check out at 12.30pm (1 hour later than the required check out time) Bath and hand towels were new (changed) everyday. Toilet paper, tissue and water bottles were replenished daily. The room was furnished with a water kettle (for boiling water), small fridge, hair dryer and instant coffee/tea. Coffee cups and cutleries are kept in a small cabinet. There were also a full length mirror, a desk, wall TV, 2 aircons (1 inside the small windowless room), 3 beds (2 double, 1 queen) and a clothes cabinet with drawers. A sliding door at a side of the double bed separates the whole room and a narrow veranda outside with table & 2 chairs. Complimentary bedroom slippers, however, were not provided. Shoes/footwear were not allowed inside the reception area/home. Guests must remove them outside the main entrance and carry inside to put in the designated shoe cabinet. Electronic locks (key cards are given upon check-in) were installed in the main home entrance and rooms. Wifi was available, username/pw was given through a sheet of paper upon checking in. The staff will instruct you how to key in the IP address (if using iphone) to be able to access the home portal and input the user name/pw. One noteworthy observation was that the rooms have thin walls and guests can hear what was going on in and outside the rooms. Guests therefore are heavily reminded (through a hanging signage) to keep the volume down especially at night. There were no lift/elevators, only circular stairs in this 3 floor home. If you brought in heavy luggages, the staff are nice enough to help you bring them upstairs and vice versa.

Some minor issues like the shower floor area was slightly clogged during our stay, it takes a while for water to completely disappear. Though the home provided the generic shower gel and shampoo, there were no hand soap in the bathroom sink, toothbrush/paste, nor lotion. I think they can do better in terms of basic amenities.

I stayed for 3 Nights, Balcony Room. Location: Near to BTS, 7/11 and Malls. Little far but is walkable to the nightlife places. Goodly placed and peaceful. Inside: It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Neat and Clean. Suitable for 2. It’s a 2 floor building, with no lift. I carried the luggage by myself :(. Shoes not allowed inside but they have a proper arrangement to store them near the reception area. Balcony is good, but no great view. 1000 Bth is the refundable deposit. Check-in/Check-out: Fair, they agreed for early check-in. Place is easy to locate. Host: She is Good, with quick response and solutions. Thanks for the stay !! Would love to stay again.

Was expecting an Iron. Wifi not good

The room was okay, the location of the hotel was it's the best feature though. The hostess was very friendly as well and gave us some recommendations on places to visit. Our room was quiet and we couldn't hear the traffic noise from outside. There are 7/11 stores and many massage places near by. Subway/Skytrain 5 minutes walk. On checking in we had to leave a deposit of 1000 bhat, which we received back on the day of the checkout. Also, the place has a no shoes policy, so take this into consideration when booking. However, it didn't bother us that much.

The owner (Pa) is extremely helpful, and the location is unbeatable (for a city location). 1 minute walk to Seven-11, 5 minutes to Terminal 21/ BTS/ Metro. The Carrier Aircon in the room was whisper quiet.

The room that I stayed in (17) was on the Ground Floor (as there is no lift - if you are arriving outside of reception hours - these ground floor rooms might be best if you have many heavy bags) - but this particular room was windowless and extremely small. Suggest booking for 1 night and also booking an upper-story room for future nights (then moving to a larger upper-story room the next day). Staff can then assist with moving bags if necessary.

The owner is very friendly and gives lots of information. Please be prepared as a deposit of 1000 baht is required at check-in. I informed them that my check-in time would be late, but the owner was waiting for me. The rooms are very nice and clean. The homepage said it had only one bed, but it was equipped with a private shower and toilet, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. The room is compact but has a folding desk. New towels, shampoo, and body soap were placed in front of the room every day. They will also clean your room if you wish. It's a 5 minute walk from the station, and the massageshops and Terminal 21 are lined up in front of the station, and there's also a 7-Eleven nearby, so the location is great. I would like to stay here again when I come to Thailand.

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Terminal 21 Mall, the Asok BTS Station, Metro station and also convenient to talk the Airport rail train! The hotel was also located in a very quiet area, near local restaurants and markets. I really enjoyed the spacious room and the simple but neat decoration of the room. The Aircon, fridge and hot water all worked super well which was very helpful and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and they provided room cleaning,, new towels and water every day. We had to give like 1000 Thai baht as a deposit but the owner was kind enough to keep our local currency as deposit so we could use the Thai baht for shopping or other expenses during our stay in Bangkok. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I travel again in BKK!

The shower head was located in a very narrow area where you couldn't really shower properly unless you would take it off and shower. I hit my arm several times with the wall and the soap holder.. but it didn't really bother me much.

Location is great, walking distance from 2 BTS lines and from 1 Metro line with a major mall nearby and yet fairly quiet. - Rooms are clean and well maintained. - The staff is lovely. - Great value for what we paid for.

No elevator, but staff can help with luggage. - Power sockets were not comfortably located. - Not at all the hotels' fault, but restaurants and cafes in the area are very expansive in Thailand standards.
