So worth the money. Eventho it's not that expensive but I could say this hotel has complete facilities. However, at first I got a room that couldn't be opened (maybe the key batteries were off idk), so they changed my room. Would be better if they check the room first before giving the key to the customer.

The room light! It's not bright enough even for me to put my make up.

Everything was great, the staff (despite not being great english speakers, always make an effort to understand you), the breakfast, the room was clena every day. The pool was also great for a dive at the end of the day.

Some bedroom views are not great, but we must not forget that we are in bangkok.

Everything ! The staff were superb , the pool and gym were great, and a very interesting breakfast. The room was quite , clean and serviced every day. The linen and towels first class. The location was interesting , with some trendy cafes and restaurants and plenty of massage places with very good prices. Not only would i recommend this hotel, i very much look forward to staying there again in the not too distant future. Thank you Nid and staff for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We loved the friendliness and extreme helpfulness of all of the staff. They take the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and make sure that your trip in Thailand is easy as it can be. They were very helpful in guiding us to the right services as we do not know much about the Thai transport system. The whole hotel is beautiful, everything about the stay was perfect. Highly recommend and I will be coming back.

Only one thing I would ask the hotel to improve on is the buffet breakfast. I personally didn’t think it was value for the money and was not enough options.

We needed to be in that area for personal reasons so for us the location was perfect, by taxi you can reach the main areas in just a few min. The area around the hotel had everything and was quiet, we enjoyed this too. The staff was so helpful when we asked them for something two were avtually running to get us what we needed fast😂 also I asked if I could get some fruits with me from the breakfast to the pool and they said yes which was a surprise bcs usually hotels are so strict about moving buffet food outside of the restaurant. The room had amazing size and so clean. Except the pool pic the rest are not for the hotel but apparently there is no way to remove them and I am lazy to repeat my review 😂

The pool and the gym wasnt like the picture. The pool was smaller and seemed a bit dirty but I was fine with it because I wasnt interested in swiming there 😛 The gym had only dumbbells, one treadmill, one eleptical, a chest/ shoulder press with adjusting seat, leg extension.... the cable wasnt working. The breakfast basic thai hotel menu, fried stuff, we tried to eat healthy during our trip so we settled for the fried eggs which seemed to not be that much oily anyway, overall was fine.

The hotel was so clean, very spacious with amazing facilities. We loved the rooftop pool and spent a couple of hours there each day to cool off in the heat. The staff were always smiling and were so helpful, particularly when we asked for a later checkout to suit our night train and for them to store our bags for us. Nothing seemed too much for them. The room was the largest hotel room we have stayed in with an amazing shower and very large deep bath.

It was around a 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro subway station which was a long way in the heat with lots of bags. worth it however to avoid paying a large taxi fee and being stuck in gridlocked traffic. The hotel could be improved if it served food other than breakfasts as it has a large dining area for breakfast but doesn’t serve any other food during the day. This would be a nice addition to the rooftop pool to have some snacks / light lunches available and maybe some soft drinks.

The cleanliness. The room was modern. Pumpui who is a receptionist was the first person I met at the hotel. She was so helpful, kind, friendly and went that extra mile to make my stay comfortable. In fact I was upset one day as I had a bad leg infection and was in a lot of pain. She was very empathetic, guided me to a private hospital and made sure I was ok.

Perhaps location was a little further from the centre than I thought.

Excellent location,close to restaurants,bars and a lot of eateries. Good transportation links. Breakfast very good. Room good but need closet and drawers. Safe available for your valuables. Staff very courteous and nice. Very humble and helping staff.

Cupboards or closets and drawers in the room will greatly enhance their standing as one of the leading hotels.
