We only used it for 4 hours during a transit in Bangkok (8am to 11am). Inluding the taxi fare, this was a cheaper option than the airport hotel stay. However, on bookigs.com this hotel advertises FREE airport pickup. They DO NOT HAVE FREE AIRPORT PICKUP and pickup arranged through them is more expensive than regular cab. When reported to booking.com, they did not take any action or refund the cab fare. Unfortunatley, our Cab driver was hopeless. He was not able to find the hotel and my tired family spent more than an hour and half in the cab going around in Bangkok after an overnight flight. There is no reception staff until 7am so no one was available when we called to get directions for the cab driver. That bit was quite frustrating but I would say not the fault of the hotel. It was nice and clean and staff was polite. They requrie a 100baht cash deposit. Its quite far from the Airport. So only worthwhile if you are planning to stay for a couple of days at least. We would have been better off using some airport lounge and then go for a city tour.

Misleading advertisement about Free Airport Pickup.

The accommodation was super comfortable. We had room service everyday we were there and they would refill us with new water bottles, toilet paper and fresh clean towels. We decided to extend our stay as we enjoyed the accommodation so much and it was great value. Everything was super clean, the bathroom was great and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a bit far from the main city are of Bangkok but we didn’t mind at all as the quality and price of the accommodation made up for the location. The location was also awesome in terms of being close to authentic local markets which we had a great time checking out.

It is only a few mins walk from local shopping, currency exchange, chain stores like 711, local train & more

Everything was good. The free shuttle service in the morning to BTS station was useful. Room cleaning service was good. Convenient shops, a shopping centre, and small local restaurants nearby. Laundry washing machines for 40B per run was great value. The balcony was useful for drying clothes, the clothes dried within a day or so in the hot weather.

The location is a bit far from the centre, but not inconvenient as the BTS station is nearby. Ideal for people that don't like to stay near very busy locations. Although, if you plan to use taxis it can take a while to get to tourist attractions, as traffic in Bangkok is usually busy and the city is quite big. It's easier to get the BTS train.

Very convenient yet quiet location. Nice facilities and very professional, kind staff.

Room was very big and light, hotel is very nice, clean, staff couldn't be more helpful, they provided a 4 star hotel service, breakfast was good and included in the price room, mainly Thai food for breakfast but some continental food as well. Near shopping centre, nice neighborhood. Nice bathroom, bed is typically Thai, not very soft but not too hard either.

The hotel is surprisingly pleasant, located in a lesser known part of Samut Prakan. The price is economical for the solo traveller. For those driving to the hotel, do check with the hotel prior to secure parking. The hotel would be suitable for those on a short work trip in the area. There is a free shuttle to the BTS station, available in the morning, for those heading out or after check out. Hotel has a lift to all levels, so those with heavy luggage should not have issues.

The nearest BTS station is around 15 mins walk.

This place is stunning! It's in a great location and the value of money for where you're staying is great. The staff are so friendly and I love how there's a pool, washing machines for a small price and a dryer. Also free shuttle to imperial world and train. We loved our stay and will definitely return here if we stay in Bangkok again.

I am taking my kids to go ice skating at Imperial World mall . This is the only hotel closed to this mall. Therefore, the location is my first choice. I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. it is tasty.

I don't like that particular pathway to the hotel because it is quite quiet. I feel unsafe walking to the hotel at night.

Satisfactory hotel, within reasonable distance to Samrong or Bearing BTS. Room is clean and decently equipped.Balcony is small, and only 1 chair is provided, so 2 people cannot sit outside together. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly regarding provision on TM30 form for visa extension.
