Clean and simple, not the cleanest and I will provide details below. Minimalist basic hotel. we stayed because it was close to family. 5 minutes from true digital mall. There is 7-11 on the first floor next to the hotel.
the refrigerator in the room meeds to be properly cleaned as I saw small cockroach under and behind the refrigerator.

A/C was crackling all night as it needs servicing. Room is good size but lacked amenities. Location is reasonable but not close enough BTS ,700m from hotel ,not good to walk if raining or humid. No much of decent eateries around. But it is good hotel.

The room and area was clean. The bed is soft and comfortable for sleeping. There was a coffee shop and seven-eleven on site, so you can find something to eat easily. Staff also polite to the guest.
You will need at least 10 - 15 mins walks from sky train station to the property. A bit far for walk even for young man. The staff, they were polite but the fact that they did not provide me any information did not confirm any detail of my booking as it should be done at check in. Anyway they still polite.

Excellent staff, close to BTS, food, laundry readily available outside,7/11 right next door. If you are looking for nice, clean rooms ata good price this is it.

The room and location were great, perfect to stay for a short time waiting for my flight. The staff was grateful and let me check in early.
Some part of the room wasn't clean enough but although I insisted them to check in early so it's kind of a yes and no for that. The door was quite hard to open each time but that's alright
