Very friendly staff. Perfect location for me as family close by. Big C is only 300m away and lots of options for eating and shopping. Pool is a bonus for cooling down after a hot day but not the kind of pool you can sunbathe by.

Fitness machines needed plugging in-and you felt cable wouldn’t be long enough and only fans in the fitness room not a/c. The beds were very hard. The locks on the doors need to be more secure for peace of mind but still felt comfortable how it was. Just didn’t expect the lock you get on a bathroom or internal door to be the lock on the door to the room.

Nice pool. Well equipped gym. Good cleaning service for the room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet place. Good bedding and pillows. A fridge in the room. Good AC. They serve excellent coffee at good prices at the adjacent store .

The bathroom is a bit cramped. Location is a bit far from services. There's no park or nature oasis in the surroundings... over 3 kms for the nearest park. No breakfast available.

The shelves and tiles in the bathroom were dirty especially the tiled shelf behind the sink.

Overall I may say is exceptional..Staff were very accommodating and helpful..They can speak English so won't bothered asking any help from them. We enjoyed the pool and there is a mini mart inisde the hotel..will definitely be back soon..

A noisy during the night. From the street outside and guest next door. No lift access. Very slow check out process. We have to checkout at 4am in the morning. Only one staff on duty and needs to run upstairs to check our room before release our bond. It took more than half an hour to check out.

There was one long thin guy really doing his best. He tried to show us 2 rooms one in the old building with elevator and another in the new building with only stairs. We wanted the room in the old building with balcony but after showing us the room we were told that the room is not available. So we had to walk the stairs again luckily the guy helped us moving our stuff up the stairs. The lobby looks nice.

They charge 500 baht for deposit without announcing it anywhere on booking. They say they have elevator but only in the old building. Then they take money from the deposit if they find small piece of dirt even when they say it's for damage. They call themself 3star hotel but they have electric cables hanging over the swimming pool. The swimming pool is next to the road so you can smell all the scooters and cars while you swim. I stay at oyo247chill apartement. It's cheaper and so much better💪
