The hotel was new and the rooms were very modern. Good bed (firm but not hard), good water pressure in the showers, and reasonably close to many things the city has to offer, including walking distance to transit, shops/malls, and food.

So one side of the hotel is nice and quiet, but the other side of the hotel is the red-light district. It is totally safe, and you can't hear anything in the room, but depending on what your preference is, it may not be your thing if you go outside during the night (or it may be totally your thing). My main issue was that the traffic on the redlight district side was terrible, but traffic is fine any time of day as long as you get dropped off at the side with DoubleTree hotel (road name with #2) instead of the default (road name with #4).

Review for the Hotel: Overall, our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience and offered good value for money. The hotel is beautifully renovated, providing guests with a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The staff, particularly Surf and his companion, were exceptional. They assisted us with a smile, from carrying our luggage to helping us navigate the Grab taxi and finding the entrance location. Additionally, we appreciated the flexibility of allowing us to use the gym shower at 20:00 after checking out, which was convenient before our flight. In summary, the hotel offers a comfortable and well-renovated stay, with excellent staff assistance. Still, some improvements in communication and spa services would enhance the overall guest experience we think. Looking forward to stay here again.

There were a few areas for improvement. The spa services were on the pricier side ($100 - $150). While the staff was friendly but was not that professional, the services lacked basics such as pedicure treatments. Upon check-in, it would have been beneficial to receive more information about the hotel's amenities and operating hours. Additionally, there was confusion with the Grab taxi due to the outdated name of the hotel (Rajah Hotel) on the app and the rear gate closure, preventing our taxis from reaching the hotel entrance.

Room was very clean and well serviced. Can’t hear much noise from the street which was good. Staff were super helpful on arrival and in booking ongoing travel. The breakfast and restaurant was amazing

The street outside can be intense, particularly if you’re a solo female traveler.

Clean, comfortable, the toilets had automatic manoeuvres especially the, bidet which was excellent, easy access to meeting venue (4minute walk), close to BTS station.

Drinking water … only 2 bottles provided complimentary per day, anything more was chargeable . Coffee was only complimentary one off .. first day only (I was staying for 6 nights)…needed to pay for the other days if used, though tea was replenished daily FOC.

Good location, a beautiful interior design, and good service-minded though less-experienced staff.

This hotel was newly opened around one month ago, so some staff may not be trained well. I found a few problems every day, especially with the housekeeping service. On arrival date, there was no cup in the bathroom, no sugar for coffee, no bottle opener, and no razor. On 2nd night, there were no amenities (cotton bud, cotton pad, sanitary bag, razor, toothbrush). Last night, there was no floor mat in the bathroom. There was only one functioning elevator, another may have malfunctioned or been disabled.

It is what it shown. I would like to highlight the front desk girl named Fai who had helped me with all my requests. She is an exceptional receptionist who had go beyond her capability to help out. She deserve the full credit score.

Five star hotel nestled in the middle of Nana Soi 4. This may not be the place for younger kids and conservative couples. In between two bts stations therefore it’s not on your doorstep. Tuk tuk is available but it seems to be by the hour.

Being a five star hotel the soundproofing is horrendous. Everything to your same floor neighbors, upstairs and downstairs can be heard pretty clearly. Housekeeping can be clearly heard everyday. It’s in a happening district so from bars to loud exhaust noises and music. It’s bearable to be that close to everything but if you are a light sleeper it’s not going to be easy.

Facilities, restaurant, rooms and staff were exceptional! Beautiful hotel and a really enjoyable stay. Ate in the restaurant downstairs which was lovely. Used the gym which was great. Didnt get round to using the pool however it looked charming! Rooms were the perfect size, we stayed in a double room and had plenty of space for luggage, unpacking and rooms were fitted with TV, safe, seperate shower & toilet and toilet had heated seat with other added luxury settings.

Location was about 25 minute walk from Siam & Sukhumvit area however was no real issue as Grab taxis are so affordable and we did not mind the walk. Might be worth noting the hotel is located on a street aimed for adults (if you’re picking up what i’m putting down) however was actually fun to be within true bangkok culture!!

Prob best hotel ever stayed in. Helpful staff, amazing bathroom with huge tub, spotlessly clean, and location perfect for enjoying the nightlife of BKK. Will stay here again.
