I love how spacious it is, didnt expect that my room will be that big as I was all alone but then it was lovely. The staff there were all helpful. Thank you so much!

The location, it is quite far from the city and trains. Need to take grab/bike to go to trains etc

The location is pretty close the the place where I needed to go. The price of the stay wasn't too high, the facilities were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We also booked the breakfast and it was better than expected. The food was good, and the hotel managed the breakfast area very well despite the overflowing tourists in the venue (like 10 buses of tourists checking out at the same time).

There was only one point to improve and that was the sealant in the shower area. The sealant at the bottom of the glass was not well-maintained (or may be forgotten to recheck before real use) and the water was leaking out from the shower area to the toilet area and completely soaked the doormat towel.

The corridor is so long. Some rooms required walking more than 200 meters to reach, which may be hard for the elderly

Price and quality for what you get is amazing! Very modern and unique design. Room very clean and big! Bed was very comfortable. We felt very welcome here and enjoyed the stay alot! 15 min by food is a big mall with amazing food opportunities, can recommend! Staff was so helpful and very friendly! Our first room was close to the elevator, which was a bit loud and they helped us directly to get another room!

The location is not central, but you know that before booking :) So everything was great!

Huge, confortable room. A wide selection of food at breakfast, both Asian and continental (though not many options for my vegan sister!). Helpful staff and very clean place with no bugs inside the rooms. Provided the convenience we needed for a short stay.

Not super quiet at night. Food and drinks from the bar/restaurant quite expensive - go outside for local food instead.

Comfy beds, great steam room, loved the omelette station, very quiet, clean and huge pool. near a big shopping centre. would return!

pool needs to be cleaned more regularly (and at more convenient times), more decking chairs near the pool (only enough for 4 couples and plenty of space), the sauna needs ventilation, the gym has no cardio equipment (please get some treadmills!), some staff were not very friendly especially the person who checked us in
