Location is ideal in Sukhumvit area. Large rooms/beds. Excellent bathrooms with bath and shower.

The mattresses are on a large wooden frame that juts out all around. I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and frequently hurt my shins on the bed frame. It’s really annoying.

Accessible location, wonderful bath tub, amazing buffet breakfast, very helpful and accommodating staff

There was a confusion during check in. The room I paid for was for capacity of up to 2 adults. For some reason booking.com showed the price paid only for one person which is ridiculous because we are paying by the room. The hotel staff were very nice to work through it. Booking.com needs to recheck their system There are very limited tv channels and pillows too soft Location can get pretty crowded and rowdy at night. Felt unsafe at times.

Location central for Sukhumvit both metro & Airport line, fast check in, 3rd floor, quiet, good bed & sofa at end for watching tv/relaxing, coffee capsule machine, very nice bathroom inc shower and bath, shaving kit, good WiFi and room service all day till 10pm; same menu downstairs terrace inc daily special, had excellent Thai pork with gravy/sauce, rice and vegetables + glass of wine 280 baht <$10 (see pic), breakfast good with egg chef too. On departure very good, concierge calls taxi and ask if you want meter or fixed fare; no confusion with drivers.

No green tea or muesli at breakfast, sugary cereals.

The breakfast was excellent as usual. However the staff were not that nice on this occasion. Quite surly at times and were not happy. Unusual, as on all my previous stays they were excellent. A shame.

The cleanliness was top notch and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft. The TV didn’t work that well and half the channels were blank.

I like how close the hotel to BTS TRAIN, TERMINAL 21 and everything else was just few minutes walk so that was good.

Breakfast could've been better, should be a little more variety of food! WiFi was no good keep asking for the log in password even though we already log in few times and very slow as well.

This hotel is very customers oriented in terms of the things provided in the rooms and the rest area with shower facility for guests who need it. A nice lobby area with comfortable seats for small meeting and a counter that serves drinks, plus a comfortable smoking area for smokers like myself.

The rooms do not come with universal charging point. Need to loan an adaptor from reception

The location was perfect. The hot water was perfect. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Helping with bags, food options, recommendations, and ideas that suited my needs and not just trying to make a friend money. I highly recommend this place. My new go to place when I visit bangkok.

I like that the consierge remembers us coz we came back after a short stay at Hua Hin. O...there's a teddy to welcome us on d bed (but its d hotel mascot; cannot be brought back!) Hotel is also worth it for the price. Comes with breakfast. Its along the bustling Sukhumvit street & close to BTS, MRT...& Terminal 21 shopping complex is within 500m.

I find the lighting a bit dim. Bathroom is bright enough tho!

- Big enough rooms with tub. - Great Location - Good sound proofed rooms, even its direct on the street. - Helpful & cooperated staff. - The reception has nice smell.

- the first room which has given to me had a bad smell & asked the receptionists to change the room & they did. - The hotel is bit old & but it's fine.

The best bit of it is the proximity to my conference venue based at Sheraton. Easy to find, near to Asok Station and Terminal 21 so location-wise, star-wise and price-wise in comparison to other similar hotels are unbeatable. Breakfast was great too with decent amount of variety.

Just need to modernise some parts of the room as they look aging.
