Facilities were good. Staff was very nice. Manager was excellent and was able to problem solve as well as anticipate issues.

Not enough lighting in the room, but specially in the bathroom since there was no window in the bathroom. The fact that room service staff spoke no English or such limited English that I always had to be transferred to a 2nd person to be able to get my order across. Wi-Fi kept logging out and had to re-log-in….though that may be a device specific issue….not sure. Food could use an improvement! Specially Thai food….I would expect that at least Thai food should be excellent.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating; the facilities were clean, spacious and pleasant. I went for business, but ended up staying a few extra nights because the service/s, facilities (pool, gym, spa...), staff and management were all welcoming and easy to get along with - always smiling and ready to accommodate. A very special thanks to the manger for assisting me with addressing the alteration with my booking - Thank You Sir!

This isn't an issue with the hotel, but it's located far from the city centre (which is ideal for a quiet stay or business conference - which was the purpose of my stay); that said, getting transportation was easy; however, traffic can be an issue (may I recommend using scooters, either Grab or rental as they can navigate traffic jams better...).

Breakfast was good. But it gets a little boring after eating the same food for 7 days. would be good to have another hot station beside the eggs, maybe like a noodle station.

For the price I paid, everything was quite decent, maybe need to air the room a bit more, there's a musty smell due to the hot humid weather, of course, the dehumidifier did help a little. Would be good if the staff could help bring my Grab food/purchases to my room. (Good to have, not a must)

Amazing hotel, great for the kids, the pool, slides, Cliff jumping ( yes they have two small fakenclif jumping into the pool) it was a hit with the kids. Rooms are great, beds comfy. The hotel staff are great and very polite. Hotel food was excellent, something for everyone.

Only downside was there are only two elevators for the hotel with the breakfast/restaurants/carpark all on level 5, so you end up waiting for the lift as it's often full. There are stairs but if you're on the higher floors it's not convenient. Sometimes better to go up to come back down otherwise it may be full coming back down.

Travelled for a hockey tournament. The location is 7 minutes drive from the ice rink. Swimming pool was great for the kids. The restaurant is cheap and the food is good. They have beer and live music in the outside bar

The hotel is old and needs renovation. There is a smell of humidity in the rooms. Though it was quite clean and they changed the bed sheets every day. Many Chinese male tourists who smoke in the rooms and corridors.

Breakfast quality variety. Pool area peace clean garden nice. Staff all nice especially Manaschia hotel reception manager... very personal approach!! Our suite room at the back very spacious comfortable with 2 bathrooms!!!! Amazing. Lots of eating options close by. Plenty of parking. Perfect rest stop for manic busy city.

No balcony option.

SC Park has a lot of amenities and facilities. I enjoyed the fact that you don't have to go out of the hotel compound to get a decent food, a really good massage, and cash (since they have ATM's inside). I also would commend the staff for their attentiveness!

It is quite far from the city center where you would probably go. Sometimes, you just want to walk but they are just really far.

The front counter staff were helpful with my enquires on how to get around to places of interest in Bangkok like the Grand Palace. No problem communicating in English. Some of the junior wait staff were not as proficient but still tried to be helpful. Thank you .

Not quite located in the heart of Bangkok but had no problem calling for a Grab.

The room is spacious, clean, and valuable for the money. Staff is nice and helpful. Gym room has enough training machines and I stayed for 2 hours every time for exercise and swimming pool is pretty good too.

The location is not near the MRT or BTS, so I need to call a grab from the hotel to MRT Station, which costs about B170 for 12 mins. Staff English level is too limited, so communication is difficult.

This hotel is a place I would like to live. It's spacious, clean, and easy. There are tons of nearby attractions, like golf, international schools, etc. It is a bit of a ride out of the centre, but that is okay...obviously, no one wants to stay in the centre of BKK unless they are in The Peninsula or the Dusit, etc.

There is a problem with taxis. It is not the fault of the hotel. All of Thailand is currently switching over to GRAB (app) and the remaining taxi drivers are in short supply and even refuse rides.
