The room is clean and their staff will tidy up everyday nicely, definitely a hasslefree staying. The breakfast selection is worth with the price, nothing to complain. The swimming pool is good enough for a casual swim and phototaking spot. Their staff are friendly and they are good to communicate in English. If you like to be living comfortably in outskirt area, this is what you should choose, as you dont have to jam at the beginning. Is about 15-20mins grab ride to the city. And is friendly for grab food rider as well. Able to grab some nice local supper even at late night.

This is a nice hotel with a good pool in the courtyard which for me is the real selling point, I enjoyed it alot. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. TV is huge, access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water etc. You can swim until 10pm which is nice. Staff were nice. The little balcony is cute. They ask for a 1000 baht deposit in cash on arrival, just fyi.

Why oh why do they not have proper bathroom doors? There are sliding bathroom doors but they have decorative holes at the bottom, like a laser-cut pattern. This means that the door may as well not be there in terms of disguising sounds. I can't think of any person who would want to hear bathroom sounds or be heard. It was especially uncomfortable as I was staying with platonic friends! Most embarrassing, a real design misstep in my opinion! The rooftop bar gives great views but is so so overpriced, with tiny portions and large bills.

This is a beautiful little hotel. It is not in the city, but I was travelling for work and it was close to the venue and airport. The room was very nice and clean. It had everything you might need, including a table and chairs and a fridge. The bed was super comfortable. I really liked their commitment to reducing plastic waste. There was a water dispenser in the hallway rather than providing plastic bottles. The breakfast on the roof was a good meal for the price. The pool was great to cool down.

It was a little noisy in my section of the hotel. You can hear people around you and above you. But the hotel does have a noise policy and it was quiet after 10pm.

The staff is so helpful, especially the front desk (the guy wearing glasses and the two ladies who helped us checking out on AUG14). The guy’s English is very fluent, very easy to communicate. The two ladies helped us to speak Thai to our grab driver so that she can reach us. Excellent service, will visit again.

Just one thing could do better, the shuttle bus is too small that only can fit in 10 guests. Also, the villa is not close to BTS, shuttle in every hour is not enough.

The customer service from the staff was truelly exceptional... They were always on standby when we needed assistance and very prompt to assist... They made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need during our stay... The property is beautiful with serene surroundings... Our dining experience in the bubble tents was truely one of a kind, with wonderful, good vibes and good music... Thanks to Tangmo for her friendly nature and for going out of her way to attend to our needs...

Clean hotel with nice bathroom with hardryer and all sort of products.

You have to chose your breakfast. I prefer a buffet. Once you know where you are and how to use metro, then the location is fine. Location is far and taxi driver often do not know the adresse. Tip: do not take a taxi.. many traffic jams. The pool is more to refesh yourself. Not for hanging out all day. Its rather small and close to the rooms of other so no privacy

Room, environment very relax like spa. Staff very polite and nice. Breakfast very delicious.

Shuttle service arrangement very bad. Room sound proof very bad, very noisy even late night after 12am still can hear people up and down the stair from 5th floor restaurant. If ok pls mention don't stay room at 4th floor.

The staff were extremely friendly! Clean, peaceful and felt like home.

The rooms were not well isolated, as you could hear everything. That is the only thing that the hotel can be improved, but the rest is super!

Very welcoming and helpful staff! The room was very clean, spacious with super comfy bed. The interior was pretty new and well taken care of, with a luxurious feel. Very good value for the price we paid!

Other guests were singing karaoke out loud or partying by the pool past 10 pm when we would prefer some quiet time to relax. Since the rooms surround the pool, it was quite loud even with all doors closed.
