I find the room clean it like same the toilette with all amenity working. Smart TV with many choice of channel for intertainment. A/C work good. I reached the hotel on foot, so I use underground MRT and stopped at Silom exit 2, and I walking until Convent rd. turn left and after 400 mt. turn right in soi Piphat 2 and finally walking for another 400 mt. There is a Complementary light breakfast from 8am - 10 am.

Very quiet.. big rooms, has microwave a large fridge, a small table for 2.. dishes.. utensils. Could use some more glassware. And soap in bathroom.. night guy is not very nice. .. oh the flat screen TV mentioned is none existence.. it doesn't work no sort of cable hookup in any of the room.. so don't count on it.

They had no breakfast.. just instant coffee.. hot water is non existence.. could use some soap in bathroom, internet is very slow. If you mention the TV . Then it should work, that was a disappointment 😞

Very quiet room and easy walk to Silom SalaDaeng area. Welcoming friendly staff at check in. Nice to have a morning coffee and simple breakfast available in a peaceful little sitting area. Had a room on ground floor with a little green wall which was nice but some may prefer a higher floor.

No reading light by bed. The morning reception staff pays no attention to what is missing at the little breakfast buffet. A guest will feel one is disturbing him looking at his phone. He can use some training to offer some service. It's a pity because otherwise this hotel is a very nice place to stay..

The breakfast was a surprised. We weren't expecting a small continental breakfast. The location is nice because it is near the sky train and there are street food venders on the way there, even a 7 Eleven.

The staff weren't as welcoming as the times we have stayed before. This is our second time staying here, and we really liked it our first time. It was sad because we really like the staff and the rooms.

Very large room with seperate seating area and kitchen facilities. There is also a large 2 door wardrobe for putting your clothes away. This would have been an apartment complex before converting to a hotel. Good location and only a few minutes walk to Silom Road and Lumpini Park.

Airconditioning was a little loud, even on low, and blows directly on the bed. Hot water was hard to regulate at a constant temperature.

The room is spacious with everything such as fridge, microwave and bath tub. There’s a lift too. I was given first floor so didnt use the lift. Light breakfast was provided for free (this is a bonus). There’s a self service laundry room (coin machine). Walking distance to BTS. 7-11 and restaurants nearby. In a quiet street so there’s not much noise. Will stay here again for sure!

The kettle is old, maybe can change to the normal kettle. I ask if i can borrow the traveller adapter, the staff keep saying “i dont know”.

Toast, jam, juice and coffee were offered in the lobby area. Basic, but starts the day. Additionally, I liked that I could bring my own coffee, a French coffee press to make coffee in the unit.

Although a washer and dryer are available, the washer needs attention as the rinse cycle leaves too much water in the clothes. This led to a longer time to dry.

Good Location for street food and travelling or even long stay in district area. Quiet place to work and good environment for reading , working during day time. Close to school and BTS then not require any transport , in fact.

It would not suit for travelling with car, small alley and 2-3 parking space where occupied with renovation work. Air Con has lots of dust , it might require PM Air Con vendor to solve out , other facilities are not sure due to first check point is hard to say.

This hotel is great and the staff is really helpful. I definitely come back when am in Bangkok. I also met awesome people while traveling with my son who’s 11 years old.

The only thing for me personally was the bed that was uncomfortable for my back. Also the room we had was located near the airconditioning units which makes a lot of noise.

Very quiet place for resting inside the crowded area (suitable for elderly people). Reasonable price compared to other accomodations. Quite close to both BTS Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng, which is convenient for traveling in Bangkok.

Hot water in bathroom is difficult to use.
