Location. Quiet place despite being in a very noisy area Pool

The staff was super polite, hotel was new and clean, the small desk was great for a laptop and a mouse, bed was good, bidet shower next to the toilet, quite quiet (only noise came from the air conditioning unit), great location, the restaurant downstairs served good quality food, useful fridge

The pool is small and shallow, good only for floating, TV didn't have any interesting channels, the pressure of the bidet shower was so high it hurt my bum, the restaurant downstairs was quite expensive, the wifi was quite slow

Excellent staff, very friendly. Comfortable and quiet (303). The shower works well despite not being overhead. By choice, I paid for two nights to be able to leave very late on the first day, I left at 10 pm and didn't sleep the second night, I had to go to the airport. Hotels should have a real option for these situations. I paid for two breakfasts and didn't get to eat at the hotel, so I don't know the quality. The location is excellent, close to the movement and transport. Would probably stay again.

Not having a real option for those who have an early morning flight and don't sleep in the hotel, but don't want to miss out on using it.

Recently refurbished, and obviously a lot of thought went into the design and completion. My room was not large, but it was extremely comfortable--great bed and bedding (duvet and good pillows), nice chair for sitting, desk and chair, dresser with drawers, and well-designed closet and coffee bar. Good refrigerator. Bathroom. well lit with window, great shower with always-hot water and good pressure. Very clean. Quiet!! Never any noise from adjoining rooms or hallway. Little outside noise. Staff 100% professional and always friendly. Excellent housekeeping--clean bedding every day and responsive to any request. Bee was amazing! Restaurant and room service very good, and superb breakfast to order with several choices. Nice pool on roof.

those are just tiniest things: - mysterious water puddle on the bathroom floor that would appear and grow even if no one was using the shower - Windows can only be opened with a special key that housekeeper holds

Room is clean although the toilet has drainage smells. hotel located in red light district of Nana. BTS nana is only 5 minute walk toward right side of hotel. decent massage parlour nearby. we particularly prefer T. Thai massage. road can be jam during peak hours and weekends, typically in bangkok. although the hotel is located in busy street of Nana. the room is sound proof.

Good size room, very clean and modern decor throughout the hotel. As others have said the hotel is quiet, the soundproofing is good and despite the location there was very little noise from outside. Breakfast with the room was selected from a small list of items. It was nice, adequate and cooked to order. I really liked the omelettes which were perfectly cooked and the coffee was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Convenient location with Nana BTS about 10 mins walk away. I would stay here again.

I like the seating area in front of the hotel. The bathroom looks very modern. I like that fact that there is a rooftop pool. But they must put some sun umbrellas there. Book the Superior 27 square meter room as the smaller room at 24 squares feel to small

The bed is a bit hard but still softer than most in Thailand. I give the bed a 7/10. The internet is slow 4 megs. No plugs at the bedside. Only one two prong plug in the bedroom worked that was available.

I stay here often and never regret coming g back. There has been a refurb to the lobby area since Covid. Its very security conscious and clean. Reception is manned 24 hours by friendly staff who are quite knowledgable. Rooms are impeccably clean and have a modern feel. Great shower that big enough for two if needed, very high quality HD Smart TV. I managed to fit my Amazon Alexa

The restaurant was closed when i was there and that was a bit of a problem as it was not possible to get a drink or a bit ob breakfast. It also seemed soulless in the reception area due to empty room. However the restaurant re-opens 1st November so it will be fine
