Very clean, value for money, nice and friendly staff, good cafe downstairs

Location is a bit off, away from all attractions and you would have to spend money for transport every day if you are planning to cover alliteration during your stay in BKK, also, far from airport The bathroom has no shower curtains, so it wet the whole floor when you shower.

We stayed for 3 weeks and would come back again. They have very clean and spacious rooms, lots of surfaces and large desk area that fits 2 people. Very comfortable bed and clean washroom. Neighbourhood is quiet. Fitness centre has enough to use, treadmill and free weights. Restaurant is reasonably priced and has good quality food options. Very close to 7-11. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited options for what is within walking distance, you can find cafes and restaurants nearby but it's not a very touristy area. Not close to big malls or attractions so you need to get a ride to explore anywhere.

without taxi it’s very difficult to get anywhere. to the center of Bangkok it’s minimum 1h by Publix transport or taxi

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Great room size - Nice area with no street noise (I slept well) - Rooms are very clean - They hang bags with bottles of water at the doors when guest don’t want to be disturbed

- Far from transportation and main attractions of Bangkok. During the day with bus you take 2 hours to go to main attractions doing 2 or 3 connections. In the evening most buses just arrive at a place that is 25 walk from hotel.

Room is spacious. 7-11 is within walking distance. Not far from Don Muang Airport. We like the pillow, the size is just right. It is not too soft and not too firm. So we could have a very nice sleep. We even thought about asking where to buy the pillow, but forgot to do so.

No facial tissue provided in the living room. My wife said she gets a slightly bad odor from restroom, but I couldn’t get that.

First thing that I liked about the hotel was the cleanliness. Next, and more importantly, the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The guy at the front desk even helped me print out my visa. They were always smiling as well. I’d love to go back there.

maybe they could add more options for breakfast menu. This isn’t really a big deal to us.It is only our suggestion.

The hotel was perfect for our requirement for attending a 3 day Expo in IMPACT... also fairly close to Don Mueang Airport which was our airport for arrival and departure... bit far from the city center, but suited our requirement perfectly... facilities were exceptional... real value for money...

Breakfast was a bit limited, bit more options would be more appreciated...

The room is very very clean. I had been travelling for awhile in airbnbs and it was a welcome difference to be in such a nicely kept property. The breakfast included was also quite good. I also really liked the little cafe/restaurant that is served in. Great place to work.

The sound insulation could have been a bit better. I was awakened one day by persons checking out.

We’ve seen small cockroaches twice. Wi-Fi in the room is not that stable as at the lobby. Air conditioner is a bit loud

location near to impact arena stadium which easier for me to reach the place. room very clean and staff very helpful. staff introduced us to bolt apps which cheaper than grab apps. facility provided washing machine and we do not need to find laundry place nearby
