The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the balcony with a view of the pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was basic but the food we ordered was very good. The gym has enough equipment to train and it was great to relax at the pool, sipping a smoothie or some of their power drinks (mixed juices).

The breakfast was a bit too basic. There isn't much close to the hotel. At about 200m there is a small evening market (very basic and small) and at about 10-20 minutes walk you will find a 7-11, another supermarket and a few small stores.

It's my second stay at this hotel. I liked the room with a view of the pool. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the balcony with the shades gave more privacy. The pool, drinks and food were great. What I didn't know when I booked this hotel, there is a steam sauna in men's and women's restrooms near the restaurant. The staff was again very helpful!

The only thing I didn't like doesn't concern the hotel itself. Most taxi drivers don't know this place and you must guide them with Google Maps. Some people may not like the area, there is nothing around the hotel but at 10 minute's walk, there is the sky train and some stores, 7-11 and street vendors. Just

15min to airport large rooms with balcony for price not bad comfy, also seen a review here that no 7/11 etc close by but if you walk to BTS thru backstreets 3 min keep walking past BTS steps heading due West a couple mins you’ll come across a level crossing so cross it heading due South apparently there’s a 7/11 on the left somewhere near Zayn hotel but i kept heading South 5 mins until you get to McDonalds and in that complex is a supermarket MaxValu and all along there’s food so that would sort anyones needs.

Everything! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful (to the point that it was almost sickening). The food and drink selection was diverse and flavorful. The pool, gym and steam room were very popular by many guests. It is also convenient walking distance to two sky train stations and a supermarket.

It is a little far from the "tourist" attractions, and the neighborhood is a bit slummy. What can you do? You can not pick up and move the facilities. While the staff spoke moderate English, they did not always understand what I might be saying. Regardless, they would respond in an agreeable manner, making you think they did understand you. This can cause some problems. Perhaps the hotel owner could have English lessons taught to the staff to help them to continue to improve their English skills.

It was close to the main road that leads to the airport but felt like you weren’t even in the city. Very peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and fitness center were excellent and it is close to public transportation if needed.

We didn’t get breakfast included in the room rate but did decide to eat breakfast there one morning. It was quite expensive for each person and it wasn’t worth it for the selection. The room service menu was also ok, but not worth the money. More food shops in the local area that would be better choices.

It was beautiful here, staff were great and very friendly. Train station was a 5 minute walk away through a little market. Food and cocktails were fabulous too!!

Unfortunately as great as the pool looked, it was covered by shade the entire time we were there so it was too cold :( maybe it was just the time of year, but there is a big building right next door so it was just behind! But it was still lovely sitting by it in the little pockets of sunshine and if you don't mind a fresh dip, then you'll be fine :)

I loved everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel and staff are welcoming and inviting, the food was delicious and the amenities were perfect. Spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and enjoyed the lobby area as well for chilling and hanging out with friends late into the night.

If the TV was a smart TV and had Netflix / Youtube capabilities, it would have been a lovely touch. Not a massive problem as we didn't watch a lot of TV due to spending nearly all our time in the pool and restaurant area, but would be lovely if we were staying for a lot longer.

The staff are excellent, so helpful and pleasant. The apartment was of high standard, ample space and cleaned well.It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool is a good size and a very nice seating area. Eat in the Edge Cafe/ restaurant the staff in there were very good, the food was good and they do room service if you want it. They are happy to call a taxi for you and show the pricing before it arrives. The metro and supermarket are all within a few minutes walking.

Great location, very close to Hua Mak station. Large room, comfortable and pleasant balcony. Big towels. Although very close to the highway, the room was quite soundproof

They need to provide directions from the station - Google maps sends you the long way round, ignoring the little lane by the food market. Taxis don’t know where the hotel is! It was raining when I arrived so I would have preferred the shorter walk. Too many mosquitoes around the pool in the evening

Apartment was modern, very clean and spacious, food was excellent and in room service was speedy. Kitchen offered both western and Thai food. Rooms had large comfy beds with air-conditioning. Bathrooms were nice, clean, spacious and very functional. Kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options and a nice view over the pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful! they even brought out cute pool floaties for the kids. 25-30 mins to Don meuang airport, 15 to Suvarnabhumi airport. Wish we could have stayed longer!

2 bedroom apartment had spacious kitchen but had no plates, cutlery or cooking items so had to buy the restaurant food (which was excellent). We only stayed 2 nights so perhaps they would provide these if asked (which we didnt). Location was not very near conveniences but taxis are cheap.
