A great place located close to the BTS and Airport Link stations, to Jim Thompson Museum and to several biggest shopping malls. Hostel itself was amazingly clean, with a dedicated bathroom area. Was a nice touch that there were some friendly reminders about where to use hair dryers etc after certain time, and people seem to follow these recommendation as it was also very quiet. It really looked as a proper four-star hotel, and for the price it was truly something exceptional. The terrace on top of the building was nice and cosy, though of course it was not high enough to have any view on the city. A bit unsure why it was only open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., but probably because of the potential noise again. The staff was extremely friendly with everything. As a side note - I managed to drop some money (quite a lot, actually) in the corridor without noticing, but the staff not only found them and asked us whether they are ours (I was unsure since I forgot how much money I actually withdrew from the card a day before), but also took an effort to look at the cameras, confirm they were indeed ours and return them.

Everything was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast is included and you cook it yourself, which I prefered. The bed and communal room were comfy and everything was clean. If you stay for an exetended period you can get a discount, and the place also have laundry service. Its very quiet at night. right by a seven eleven and a 5 minute walk from the skyline railway.

The 6 bed dormitary are a little small, which can be troublesome if you have a lot of/big luggage. Some beds in certain room sure a wall with the sinks, and you can hear them clearly. The staff put up a sign to not use those sinks during certain hours, but people arent always considerate.

It was my last night in Thailand, and the hostel is super well located as it is super close to the metro station to go to the airport, that is much less expensive than taking a Grab/taxi. Staff was super nice, and the facilities were nice and clean.

The room was quite tiny. Also I was in the upper bed, and there is no grip to ease getting in or out of bed, and actually I find it quite dangerous: I fell once when getting out of bed, fortunately with nothing serious, but it can be dramatic if one's not paying that much attention. I already made the feedback at the reception, but I have been told that "nothing can be done", that is quite a shame, as I believe it is not very complicated to implement for a significant improvement of customers' safety.

Early check in charge of 100 baht (approx 25% of the total charge per day) should be waived if there's available dorm - since we are paying close to 400 baht for each night. Perhaps the charge could be reduced to 50 baht for better goodwill. 100 baht is not much of amount in Bangkok, but it's a lot of value in the provinces that I have visited. Considering that this is a shared dorm, the 100 baht surcharge for early check in should be reconsidered. The locker in the bedroom is not huge enough to accommodate baggages, however understood that the room is a bit tiny so it's space spacing to keep small lockers.

Everything is available. The toilets are equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and even hair dryer. And the toilets are cleaned everyday. The communal space is equipped with a kitchen and fridge that can be used by all. The room is simple enough. Wifi and communal computer provided too. Rooftop is covered now so it's cold up there. The staffs are all polite, friendly, and helpful too. A 5 minutes walk to BTS Ratchathewi.

The wall of the rooms are not soundproof, a little problem for light sleepers but that's about it.

- Modern design and facilities. Good shower rooms with free shampoo and soap. - English-speaking staff. - Free breakfast. - Rooftop terrace. - Close to public transport, malls, etc. - Overall clean and well-maintained place!

- The walls of my room were dirty and there were some stains on the bed sheet. - A family checked in at midnight, showered and used the blowdrier until 1am. The staff did not intervene even though it was loud for all other guests. Really a pity. - All guests use the kitchen so it smelled strongly in the lobby.

The hostel has just been renovated - spacious 5 star bathroom, modern bunk beds and nice staircase! Free water and basic coffee and cocoa drinks in the kitchen. Reception is friendly, when I was checking out she told me that she wishes me back here someday again! Beautiful reception ladies who embrace the best of Thai beauties and local culture and customs - something we expect to see in Thai people. Very polite and shy and helpful. =) Guess what - I was allowed check in at 1am and check out at 7am - I had to catch a connecting flight and I was here just for transit and I stayed here in this hostel for a night. It's still memorable with such excellent hospitality they are exhibiting to each guest!

I'm so grateful to have known this place. Plenty of street foods outside (even more lively than some parts of silom) with super original local Bangkok scenes and atmosphere. Thank you and I shall be back I promise! =)

Can't really comment on the property itself because we were transferred to another accomodation due to some construction works (or some similar reason). But the process of finding an alternative was well comunicated a couple of months in advance and tailored to our needs. Everything went smooth and the staff was very nice to us.

Even though the change of accomodation was well communicated and smooth, it would probabaly be even better if there was no need for it.
