location is near few rows of shops within walking distance to 7 eleven and other convenience shop and restaurant

We arrived early and was attended by the short hair lady at the counter who can speak Chinese Mandarin quiet fluent .We were allowed to check in earlier than usual time. the staffs were very friendly .The twin bed room and toilet was clean with comfortable bed and pillows, We stayed for 2 days , and for sure will come back again in near future . We have posted the hotel photos in our friend and family group chat . For sure we will recommend them to stay in this hotel with reasonable price around RM 200 per night .

There is a small indoor playground for my kids at lift lobby. The room is clean and they provide some snacks in the room. Bed is comfortable and there is 7-11 nearby and massage shop opposite. I had an hour foot massage for 250baht only. The staff are friendly and helpful, they assist to arrange the transport to skywalk for us

The location is a little far from the town if you were to walk. Can get tuktuk for 20baht per pax to bring you back to the hotel. There was a drunk man knocked our door in the wee hours.

The room is very comfortable, nice design and wide enough for us to move around and pray. The staff was very friendly to ask about anything, especially through booking messenger , reply within 15 minutes (request masseuse, transportation to Skywalk, motorbike rent and all)

The area was quite noisy at night as they have karaoke place near the hotel, you can heard people sang and the music vibration DUM DUM DUM DUM from you room at 12pm . The area is not really muslim friendly bcause the restaurant around (walkable area) mostly is Chinese. If u have transportation no problems, the muslim restaurant around all less than 10min drive.

New and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, not too soft or too hard. The warm shower was functioning well with good water pressure. Separate air con in each room. Had to set to low temperature b/c comparatively cool weather outside. Walkable distance slightly downhill to the town center.

Stayed during the weekend and had to use noise cancelling earbuds due to loud noise from the nearby bar (Property-owned?). Room near elevators do not seem to have this problem.

This is one of the best, if the the best hotel in Betong. I'm familiar with Landmark Bangkok, just didn't know they had one in Betong. Staff was extremely friendly during check in.

Location was a bit off the town center. There are places to eat near the hotel and it might take 15 - 20 minutes to walk to the town center.

I like this hotel because the location quite strategic & there are plenty parking available. The receptionist also can speak Chinese which is good for those cannot speak English.

should have massage service in the hotel. I need to walk to outside for massage service & not convenient for me to left kids in the room.

Room is spacious and clean. Location is 5-10 minutes walk to the Betong Tunnel and night market. There we a lot of eateries after asking through the tunnel.

As this facility is children and family welcomed. With a play area by the lobby. It became very noisy and wall is thin you can hear next room when they are flushing toilet.

Excellent location. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. The bathroom needs a shower curtain or sliding door though to prevent water from splashing out during showers.

There were no shower curtains. The bathroom floor was wet after a good shower.

The cleanliness of the hotel, comfy room and excellent staff service. We booked 4 rooms and one of the room had a toilet bowl stuck but was immediately attended by the housekeeping staff. Water pressure for shower is good and that's is important. Would recommend this hotel for stay in Betong. Its only about 10 minutes walk to town centre.

Big room. Spacious. The linen, toilet, bed, floor was super clean. The water pressure was good. I love every single things about the hotel. The parking was also safe. Just nearby the lobby. I love it.

The noise on the midnight was loud. There was a nearby pub in front of the car park.
