The breakfast buffet was sensational, would have to rate it very good, amongst some of the nicest we have had anywhere. We had a room with a balcony, and it suited us very well. Very clean. It is excellent value, lots of very nice local eateries close to beachside entrance. Right acrosd the road from the beach, horse rides, all sorts of beach activities. 7/11 Convenience store very close to entry.Staff were lovely. There were three pools altogether. One at entry, one on top of 17 level tower and private pool for rooms on ground floor.

There was no wifi, The TV only had local Thai stations available so not good for foreign visitors who do not speak Thai. The pool was not as was advertised, hard to find, much smaller than depicted in photo. Finally found it at beachside entry. Use grab for taxis, as hotel taxis are super expensive.

i love the swimming pool on the rooftop ❤️ the staff are always friendly 😊 the parking is easy and close to the entrance both for car and motorcycle, it has Cousy rooms and the rooms with sea view has a excellent view over the beach. it’s also one of the hotels that doesn’t have any noise from the beach road. I been here many times, I stayed alone, with my kids, my fiancé and everyone loved the hotel 🏨

I’m tripping hard to find something, and the only thing I think of is that it should be more modern smart tv’s on the rooms.

Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to and from Resort was a bonus . Pool area was great with lovely plants surrounding a nice shady area to sit in. Staff were very friendly especially reception . Came here after experiencing disaster in booking Rain Cha Am And was pleasantly surprised.

Location was well out of the was but the resort provided shuttle bus to various stops which was great.

The room was large and well equipped. The swimming pool was fabulous. The breakfast was outstanding in it’s variety and taste. The front desk staff were polite understanding, sympathetic, and caring. The “ground” staff were a lot of fun and washed the car of bird poo when I left. There is a fantastic Urban Forest behind the hotel which was great to walk through.

The pool towels should be up near the pool not in the lobby. The aircon rattled and dropped water.

Great view from our spacious room on the 16th floor. Both swimming pools were fabulous and the location of the hotel was excellent very close to beach ,bars and restaurants . We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast.

The hotel rooms a little dated however the reception and small garden bar were excellent.

Staff were helpful and friendly, we arrived a day early and they booked us in no problem. Location is good, rooms are good size, cleaned every day and have balconies. Swimming pools are good and there is a gym. Our second stay here and we will be back in December

Beachfront, Super Huge bed that can fit 3 pax, Hotel Provided Unlimtied towel for guest (can be used for the beach & Pool) Their Gym Facilities are very well maintained and top quality Cha'am has always been amazing, the beach, the people and the street vendors Abundance of Massage/ Coffee/ Really Nice Local Restaurant along the street

Very good location just right in front of the beach, staff did a good job offering us early check in and breakfast is include in our roomrate which taste ok

the pool way too small for this kind of high rise hotel in chaam, parking was not enough during weekend and we had to drop our car by street

Nice rooms, good location and friendly staff. Great bathrooms. Generous parking.

Cleaners left the balcony doors open after cleaning and our room had very strong odours (marijuana) from the outside area. No WiFi hotel never came to sort it. Guests with Motorcycles revving their engines at 6am.
