Very nice swimming pools, lot of fun for children as well. Towels near the swimming pool available. Good parking. Good wifi. Good water pressure on the 5th floor. Very comfortable beds. The room has a lot of storage space and it is quite spacious. Balcony is nice, with hanger for wet clothes, table and two chairs. Breakfast is in a form of buffet again, with sufficient choice of food and drinks. Reception staff is just professional, some of them sometimes even smile. Room service staff is effective. Food in the Sakuna restaurant is very tasty and not that expensive.

Nothing that much to mention. Just the beach in front of the hotel is almost unusable for swimming. Shallow and lot of stones.

We did upgrade because they don’t have bidet in some of their rooms toilets but I was also shown in the pictures on booking.com I just didn’t pay attention when I did the reservation. The kids pool was awesome but it’s dangerous because the the edged stables are sharp and it can cuts kids skin or feet. I hope they will add more love in cooking breakfast, a lot of options but taste was bland.

Very nice swimming pool for children. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is not the biggest one, but is sufficient. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. Wifi is good. Bathroom ok, don't need anything more. Water pressure good. Classic fridge, not that stupid cooling box. Electric kettle. Hair dryer. Nice wardrobe, lot of shelves and drawers. This hotel is accessible by car, it is in the middle of nothing. If you want to visit some other places, car is probably a must. I.e. Cha Am beach with restaurants is about 10 km far.

Welcome drink was a bit funny, just some pandan water, but ok, we didn't came here because of welcome drinks :). Also non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar should be improved, soda with syrup is not the best bar drink in the world :) This hotel is big. Prepare yourself to walk a bit to access swimming pools, beach, restaurant and reception. This is not a drawback, just a fact.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view over the sea. (lovely to wake up to sound of the water lapping in). We originally booked for 5 nights but ended up adding on another as it was so relaxing and enjoyable.

Spacious and clean room. Nice pool and delicious Peppina restaurant right at the sea. The newly opened "Bonnie on the beach" café is located right next to the hotel and is a great place for morning/afternoon coffee. Direct access to the beach.

Love the resort, so peaceful and pool was sooo inviting, infact during the stay we decided we have to come here more often

Lovely location and the staff were wonderful! Breakfast buffet was very good and changed slightly each day. Pool is nice and big allowing for more quiet areas. Also there is a separate kids waterslide pool and playground, which is very nice for families. Overall, will return!

Understandably, not everything was open due to covid-19. Also, the beach front restaurant (pizzeria) should really be switched to something seafood or more variety. The pizza was good, but a very limited menu and really when you're on the beach you want seafood! Or even some more lunchtime selections (Thai or Western).

The Regent is an old style hotel which is fully equipped with every basic facilities that you could think of. Big swimming pool, quiet and private beach front. Not many people stay there at the time I was there so it was a peaceful and comfort stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

Nothing I could think of. Just that my room is quite far from the lift and the lobby so it required a short exercise to get there. You'd better forget nothing in your. own room.
