we had the Manor Suite and it was luxurious and spacious with great facilities etc. The terrace made a huge difference and we enjoyed sitting on it. Staff were fab, courteous, friendly and very helpful big shout out to Nuun and Oat for their support. Restaurant and staff was lovely.

I feel they need extra staff as at times housekeeping didn’t get around to the room until late unless you asked them to do it in morning when you were going out. That would be my only suggestion. The pool area was tastefully done but was more style than substance. The loungers (only 4) were difficult to access by pool and not very comfortable AND stairs into pool had no tread but rather circular treads so skippy and very uncomfortable. None of these things impacted our stay negatively in that we worked around them but to improve- I would say extra cleaning staff and better access to pool and loungers.

The bed was so comfortable and the room size was just perfect. The temperature inside the room was just about right, not too hot nor too cold. The layout of the room was excellent and quite unique. All the amenities provided were just the right amount.

I love everything about the room and so comfortable and cozy. Nothing in the room was peculiar and it was perfectly designed.

This is a great boutique hotel. Very cool decor and art everywhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and I really like the pillow menu that allows you to choose the pillow type you prefer. The area is just amazing. Walking distance to so many cool cafes, restaurants, spas. Love,love,loved the area.

If you want to unpack, there is not really much space to put clothing away. The gym is very small. If you plan on working out, you have to make sure there isn't more than 1 other person in there. The pool area only has room for 4 people to lay by the pool.

- clean room, comfortable bed - friendly staff - location is great if you want to enjoy trendier side of chiang mai rather than just temples ;)

- our room was generally quiet but i had to call every night to ask for noisy music coming from the corridor to be turned down/off, after losing some sleep the first night. I’d suggest just turning off this corridor music after 10/11pm - breakfast not good and overpriced. we even received an undercooked egg 🥚. I’d suggest going to one of the many yummy cafes nearby in Nimman for breakfast instead.

We stayed in a Manor Suite room and found the accommodations comfortable and spacious with stylish and high quality furnishings. Any request or need we had during our stay was handled perfectly and immediately by the crew. Since we did not have a Thai phone number, we weren’t able to use rideshare apps to get taxis, but Goi and her colleagues were always happy to assist us using their phones. We loved the surrounding sois and found great food, great massage services, and were able to hit the highlights of Nimman Road easily on foot.

It was modern and stylish, totally new. Service amazing. Amazing breakfast (you can choose 2 dishes a la cart + small buffet). It's quiet, very few rooms. They sell amazing souvenirs, big selection on pillow menu and pillow spray. The best shower that we ever tried. Located in a very trendy and vibrant area Nimman: tons of places to eat (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Italian, bars with craft beer and live music everywhere, shopping malls Maya & Nimman One).

-Room was dark -stuff in the room was old fashioned -bath stains and a lot of furniture damaged -Nothing free with the room (£110/5000 baht for one night) -3 o’clock check in and nothing for the wait

On reflection this location was amazing. It genuinely is located in such a cool local township outside of old town. If I came back I'd stay here again. The only disappointing feature is the size/build of the pool (with a glass side) and number of sun beds (only 4)

Pool size and the fact it had a see through side. Don't want my body on display to other guests while I swim.

Great location if anyone wants to explore the Nimman Area. Special thanks to Khun Oat at Reception who made sure all details of my group were handled perfectly and my guests had a great stay.

Lighting in the room could be improved as could the bed sheets. While breakfast was good, coffee quality should be reviewed and there are simply not enough staff in the restaurant. Service is too slow.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant, spacious room. Would definitely stay again.

Suite had a weird setup for a family, didn't really work for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Good for one child / couples. Pool was also weirdly set up. Instagrammable but not so functional :)
