The staff (Noy!) were very very kind and generous. The breakfast was well cooked and served in generous portions, and Noy worked around our dietary restrictions well. She also called us a taxi on the night we arrived, when we were tired and just wanted to get to the hotel. The location is out of the "tourist zone" of Chiang Mai, but there are still convenient restaurants nearby. We weren't traveling via the airport but i think the hotel is very convenient for those who are.

The room furniture was a bit basic but perfectly functional.

i only stayed one night here but it was wonderful ♥️ the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the bed was comfortable and clean. the bathroom was equipped with hot water and had shower gel and shampoo. bidet available. there was also a fridge and vanity. the breakfast was awesome although i struggled to finish everything alone! the owner is really kind and lovely, i was really well looked after 🥰🥰 it’s a really nice place to wind down away from the bustle of the city. would totally bring my family back here when i’m back in cnx :)

The hospitality is great. The owner is very considerate and flexible. I had to leave early for an appointment. She arranged the breakfast for me earlier and called the taxi for me because it was raining at the exact time after I finished eating. The breakfast was amazing. The experience I had for the price I paid was very price worthy.

A bit far from the town but if you need to be around here, it's the best one to go for. Plus, the taxi isn't so expensive.

If you want a quiet place with a great host, look no further than De Rose Hotel. Noy was very welcoming and advised us great places to visit. The hotel is a little outside of Chiang Mai central as we wanted a quiet place. Most of the activities send vans for pickup at the hotel so transport to and from the different activities is not an issue. The neighborhood has a market, laundry services and a small leisure area just down the street.

We loved it here! Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast wifi, close to restaurant that has ostrich and baby sheep which the kids loved and an absolutely delicious 5 course breakfast which was like a cultural show of the typical dishes of northern Thailand. We still talk about it💙Thank you so much🙏

We wanted to stay in a place that is away from the main tourists area of Chiang Mai. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The main thing to notice is the exceptional level of hospitality that this hotel offers. The hotel is being kept clean during all time of the day. The breakfast that was served to us was great. We will definitely come back to this nice hotel and in our next visit to Chiang Mai.

im stay here for 2 nights. its close to the airport. just 5-10 minutes ride. The hotel is clean and cozy. the breakfast was came from home cook and they serve mango sticky rice as well. it’s very delicious. i will be back to stay here again…

the manager was extremely kind helping us to travel to pick up bikes and seeing what to do around the area and recommended great places to go to.

was a bit noisy at times but that was only due to the Loy Krathong festival, villagers nearby having a neighborhood party which was fun. slightly far from city centre but it was fun driving the motorcycles around.

Amazing host and great cute building. Super nice people. Short walking distance to 7-11. It'll be convenient to have a motorbike to get around. 10 to 15 r minutes ride to everywhere . Even some fresh fruit for me right after arrival. Highly satisfied.

Wery kind and helpful people working there :) they helped me book a cooking class and ordered bolts for me, because i didn't have a local sim. Really good and big breakfast full of all kinds of local food, finished with mango sticky rice for dessert😁
