I liked the beautiful grounds and landscaping. I also liked seeing their signs on the road driving to see them. The wifi worked well in my room, the shower had great hot water, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the pool was clean. We enjoyed the free bicycles. I would recommend.

Their staff needed to light the candles under the hot food containers earlier at breakfast. I got cold eggs at 7:15 and the man lighted these at 7:30am. Breakfast starts at 7 am. Also, they should bolt down the safe in the room. I could put valuables in the safe and someone could pick up the safe and walk away. All else was great with the stay,

The surroundings and nature were absolutely exquisite, and gave you the opportunity to unwind, by riding the bikes, or walking along the creek. JoJo In reception was absolutely amazing, and helped organise transport, he is a real asset to the resort.

I have to be honest the food and waiting staff did not match the overall experience of the rest of the resort. The food was absolutely below standard with both Thai and Foreign options. This needs to be addressed as it let down the complete experience of the resort. Staff to busy playing on their phones to clean tables, and to inform that they had run out of wine also when ordered. Fixing this area of the resort is absolutely necessary as the food was very bad.

Excellent staff. Beautiful rooms and location (but a long way from the city). Great for exploring the areas outside Chiang Mai. The breakfast really was awful and let the rest of the hotel down.

Very poor breakfast. A buffet was laid out for very few guests. Food was not fresh or good quality. It would be far better if the hotel offered an a la carte breakfast - much less waste and better quality.

Staff were professional and very accommodating.

The location of the resort whilst in a very beautiful setting, was a bit far from Chiang Mai City Centre. Nevertheless there are places of interest close by like Wat Ban Den which was easy to get to from Sibsan.

The property is in a beautiful location, and the green all around is fantastic. The property is also well maintained, and the staff are very friendly.

The pool is beautiful, but quite cold. The breakfast is not good. This was strange considering how good the restaurant is at other times of the day.

Accommodation was nice, location is good, restaurant was good in the evening but the breakfast service was below par. I am sure that when busier and fully staffed this place would be excellent, …but COVID seems to have caused some degradation 😕

Dead Scorpion in the pool 😳 …actually the pool is obviously not being properly maintained, very murky with green scum on the walls

Amazing location, very good installation and fantastic employees.

The bar wasn't opened early morning and after 18:00h. It's very beautiful but not used at all.

Remoteness, peacefulness, and there were hardly any people there. The a la carte menu items were tasty. The staff went above and beyond with any request I had.

The fitness center is outdated and unusable. Resort doesn’t offer transportation to other nearby attractions. The breakfast options were limited and the coffee needs serious improvement.

We like the location of the resort. The tranquillity and the peace. Mostly because we got to eat locally most nights because there's not any restaurants around.

That "Grab" doesn't really go there. But this is not a bad review.
