I've stayed for 2 nights with husband, mother and one cat. The room is quite big for 3 ppl and a cat . The terrace is just connect to the garden and then swimming pool. We had a great time while staying at The Deer resort. Even the restaurant have so less menu and close at 5 pm but that was not a problem for us at all because the hotel allow to order food from outside (we use food delivery such as panda, grab and lineman) so variety of food are available :) however, if you not familiar with food delivery this might be difficult. The room is clean and big. Friendly and very helpful staff. But your own transportation is needed. Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel. I love it!!

Beautiful pool area. Room was spacious and comfortable and had a nice balcony. Very friendly staff especially Fix! The food was also very nice. There is a gym with AC and a few weights to do a decent workout.

I'm not sure if this was a fault of the hotel or not, but we did not appreciate the police arriving and asking us for ID and taking photos of us. It made us feel really uncomfortable. The hotel management should ensure that the guests feel comfortable. This this was an odd situation.

The pool is lovely, nice and clean, plenty of space. Staff is really friendly, too. When we went there it wasn't very busy so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Good value for the money.

The restaurant where they serve breakfast isn't that great. There's only one kind of breakfast to choose from, and they ran out of bread and condiments. Also, don't expect any deer at the Deer Resort. The deer they had were given to the zoo when Covid hit.

Great property, very cost efficient, clean and well maintained.

Location coz no restaurant is nearby. The other big issue is the property simply doesn't have a restaurant. They only have a sort of Cafe from where they tend to serve customers. Breakfast is very very basic as almost nothing. They need to improve this one!! Besides the property is away from City which can be Good or not so good coz you pay hefty to move around in Grab. Getting a ride from here is not easy.

We loved the swimming pool and bedroom suite. It was nice to have some privacy outside in the garden. It Lovely gardens and nice and quiet.

We were not too keen on the breakfast and the cafe menu was a little lacking. It would have been good to have some prior details of what is available at resort and locally as we did find some great places to eat by chance. Also the communal kitchn was not clearly labelled. We would have used this more if we had been aware of it earlier.

The A/C, bed, and shower were very good. The pool looked good, but it was raining so I didn't get in.

The breakfast was so-so and there was no flexibility. It took a long time to get the food. There was no table/dest or chair for using a computer.

Very relaxing atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and nice. I stayed in a junior suite for 3 weeks, and it was very large with a private patio. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having a bathtub. The pool is very beautiful with lots of greenery. Plenty of parking. I also found having a washing machine onsite very convenient.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay with strong wifi and a relaxing pool. Peaceful and quiet area, with well-stocked facilities.

Quite far off from the city centre so might not inconvenient to those not driving / riding. Few restaurant options nearby. Water pressure of shower was also a bit weak.

Place was cosy. Rooms were spacious. It isn't a big property but overall a nice place to stay. We had our own vehicle to reach so location wasn't an issue, but if you expect to use public transport then it might not be the best option. Overall an enjoyable stay. Staff in the reception was helpful

Breakfast could be better.

Excellent rooms very large, lovely landscaped gardens, huge pool.

Tried there best at breakfast but they where going off what they where told, just a few pointers in the right direction and it would be perfect, IE small knifes next to the toaster and bread so you can spread your butter, and no salad on the same plate as your fried eggs.
