The location the rooms the stuff the cleanliness.. it’s a very good hotel

I wish that the hotel managers pay attention to guests behave in room corridors .. they are a bit noisy and always outside of the room shouting and talking very loudly.. the hotel new and clean and decent but if you allow them to behave like this the hotel will be ruined soon.

Not that much,There are no options. The same dishes every day.. Need to change

I got an issues with this hotel while check out. The reception lady give me my passport and I went to Bangkok. In Bangkok while I m check in at hotel I shocked, the reception lady give me another guest passport. How came they mixed up the guest passport with other guest while I was alone and I booked alone and checked in alone. In the end they sent my passport with a taxi and I pay 1200 Thai bhat to taxi drive It was not my fault they mixed up my passport with some other guests.

Location was great, I have found lots of restaurants near the property. Easy check in & out, Nice view from my room.

1. Due to shortage of staff room service ( for cleaning my room) came very late during my 3 days trip. 2. Hotel floor had shortage of natural light as well as had no good facilities of lighting. 3. I have found only 2 elevator beside reception & my room had long way to go.

You cannot beat the location, It's right on the walking street. Pleanty of shops near by. Only down side of the location is there are lot of Indian restaurants and very few thai restaurants. I am vegetarian so I was happy. The staff was very helpful and polite. I found that the local thai people are generally polite. There were many Indian tourists in the hotel and some do create noise sometimes in the reception. I guess first time they came out from the village to the big city. Being Indian my self I cannot understand why Indians do that. I ve seen they have this habit. Nothing to do with the hotel thought. Great value for Money.

Breakast was a wide spread of Buffet, suiting western, thai and indian tastes. Good pricing, we had the $11 daily prepaid, but anyone can partake for about 180baht, with set style meals also available till mid afternoon. Walking into front door was like entering a thai 7-11, being M Casa also has the best aircons in the business. Staff were great, and the security staff looked after the carparks very well.

No fault of M Casa that Second Road was currently being dig up for laying of new underground electric cables... by now though the section of 2nd road out front should be completed?

Location is super-b, righ across the road from walking street area, in the center of Pattaya. Price/quality is very good if location is taken into account and you are willing to stay closer the center of all the main party in Pattaya. But not too close, so the rooms are quiet and territory is clean.

Becoming just little bit old - the quality of rooms, furniture and other facilities are little bit below of what u can find at the same price tag, if u not bound to stay in the center of the city and party. And if you’re after “beach vacation” and “window sights” this is not place to pick.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast had great choices. Good value of money.

Staff in the reception were very rude and did not know how to respond to customers. I was standing while the receptionist sat down comfortably asking me for my details. Non of the receptionist looked friendly or responded in a way that they loved what they were doing.

The staff were lovely at the hotel and ready to help with whatever you needed.big smiles were always welcoming you. The room was great very clean and comfy.we were close to all that we needed shopping restaurants etc.the security gentleman on site was lovely and always a good morning or good nite with a huge smile and had suggestions for where we might go and see or directions.he was very helpful on more than one occasion.over all our stay was great. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.beds were clean a little hard,but that is vietnam.we would definately stay again if we were to return to the area.

The hotel was clean and, despite the location (next to a busy road), not a lot of noise. The location is good if you want to visit the walking street. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was quite limited, at least from a European perspective.

Breakfast is awesome & included lot of varieties.Location also very good i.e.few steps away from walking street & market place.

Cleaning time is not good ,attendent clean the room at afternoon even after giving earlier cleaning request to reception.
