A lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds with lovely soft linens. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Care and attention in all areas was obvious, the grounds well manicured and public areas spotless. The food was delicious and reasonable. We had a fabulous time, especially having a dip in the pool too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The mountain view from our room was great. Location was good with plenty of cafes, bars, street vendors and 7/11s to choose from. A five minute walk from Walking Street market. The pool was clean and the attached coffee shop served excellent drinks at great prices.

The karaoke bar was very loud from around 10pm-2am every night. Very heavy bass, audible even from the fifth floor. Could feel the vibrations through the bed. We asked to move rooms which was accommodated immediately. Still audible, but quieter. The en suite got quite smelly with the door closed. Didn't seem to be an issue with the door open and the room didn't smell on returning. Thai plumbing remains a mystery. The shower head needed descaling.

I was supposed to stay here 3 nights but ended up with 22 nights. The pool is great, rooms are clean, staff and owner are very polite helpfull and nice. The restaurant serves great and yummy food. I had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chum Phae. 🙏❤️

The bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is new and modern have every facility a good hotel should have. The room is spacious and clean, staff is polite and friendly specially the lady owner is so nice. They also have rooftop bar for drinking and dining, the food is very delicious here. The location is perfect next to local shops and restaurants, parking is free with plenty of space. Highly recommended

I only had the breakfast once and it was just fair. It was passable but not exceptional.

The cupboards were not closing correctly and there was no space at all to store clothes. We had to live out of our suitcase

Take care about your booking. The two twin bed room is not really equipped with two twin bed there are only two bed 3.5 size so if you travel more than two person this room will not meet your needs!!!!!

Breakfast was very poor for the standard of Hotel. We were asked to select from a limited list on check-in and it was really disappointing then after talking with other guests but in the morning we realised that you could order a la carte from the but at extra cost.

no hot selection, no wholemeal breads only americano or expresso coffee. No tea.

breakfast very poor the shift manager who said after traveling 8 hours by car you will have to wait until 2 pm to check in the hotel was empty i complained she said its policy i was not happy but everything else good

Great loaction, comfortable rooms. Gym was great, as was the pool. Excellent breakfast available.

This hotel has everything. Great facilities and location. Staff are all wonderful. I would stay here again for sure. The hotel owner was very accodating and kind. She was personable and recommended great dishes for the hotel restaurant.
