The room was really nice and clean with excellent views. There were plenty of things to do around and the owners were very helpful. There are 2 local dolphins that could be seen on a boat trip. There are no local tourist agencies that we have seen but Isara helped us and arranged a trip and some other visits around according to our budget. We visited the temple - Wat Don Sak and a fish spa - called fiskespa. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to be selected. All day was 100% personalised with not many tourists around (mainly local, Thai people). Janpa resorts also arranged our transport back to the Ferry - Isara's husband drove us back to the pier with plenty of time to catch the ferry.

There was not much information forehand in the Booking page about what to do locally. This was not a problem because the owner helped us a lot.

Great spot, not as touristy as other places - mainly local tourism. Beach front rooms right on the water. Swimming pool (new) across the road in the other half of the resort. A number of beach front restaurants to choose from for dining.

The two beach front rooms are right next to the staff area of the restaurant next door so can be quite noisy, and the outside area of the resort next to the rooms can also be noisy. But, wasn’t a problem. The hot water was almost non existent and water pressure was very low. Be aware there are multiple piers in the area so if you are being picked up be certain which pier you are at! It is not a swimming beach - very shallow.

Amazing friendly staff, family owned resort. Stayed here was perfect for getting the ferry up the road for Koh Samui in the morning, they offered a taxi service where one of the staff members drove us up also. Views were lovely from the pool and room. Couldn’t fault it for the night

the area - it was quiet and surroundings very lush near Seatran Ferry port. The pool and patty the manager was lovely. friendly staff the accomodation was on the beach. when the building work is complete Janpa Resort will be 100% perfect

needs some TLC in the garden and new furniture as it makes the resort look uncared for

Breakfast was really good. We discovered afterwards that you could also help yourself to toast and tea - however, we did not need it anyway. Location was just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The room had a balcony with table and chairs which was good.

Could have been told that you could help yourself to the toast etc if need be.

This is a nice resort on a small stretch of beach, with a nice pool. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of restaurants close by.

The breakfast was quite basic and there were a lot of flies around.

New hotel on the beach 15 minutes from the Pear where the ferry’s go to the islands. Nice clean rooms, very nice pool with bar. Enough restaurants nearby. Beach isn’t great here. Perfect for a layover on or from your way to the islands.

Real Thai experience, the patio of our room was directly on the beach that was great to wake up to. Good inclusive breakfast.

Great view at the sea, close to some restaurants at the beach. Mostly visited by locals, very kind people. For us great for 1 night before going with the ferry

The service was lovely. They picked us up from ferry port and arranged transport for the following morning. We had to check out early but still they prepared a lovely breakfast for us. Lovely staff.
