Fast check-in, friendly, honest and helpful staff, good size room, tea/coffee making facilities at Reception area is especially useful if you are waiting to check-in or want to wait and relax in the Reception after check-out. Very honest staff. I had forgotten one of my mobile phones at Reception but, After a few minutes, this was brought up to me in my room. As I don't drink coffee, the coffee and creamer were no good for me but I had bought my own tea bags and the Receptionist kindly offered me a proper mug cup to make my tea and this was really appreciated by me. I needed to get to my next hotel near the train station and the Receptionist kindly offered to call a Grab taxi for me.

Location means you would have to get cab or have a longish 45 minute walk to the Central area. Coffee does not agree with me so I am a tea drinker. It would nice if they could cater for tea drinkers as well and provide a supply of tea bags for guests in the Reception area.

The room for 3 was very spacious. It has balcony we can hang basic laundries. Mineral water, toiletries is available. Iron available upon request. Big fridge in the room. small dining table. Free parking. Quiet area (unless you room is near the main street because it has a bar at night) Have guard at the parking. Price is very. VERY reasonable

Not much to complaint but some upgrade would be greatly appreciated. Old looking. rooms, lobby, hall way are not well lit. only 3 hangers was given 1 pillow per person. 2 would be better. Hope the hotel will do some upgrades or refurbish.

The staff are friendly

Location is close to the main road, easy travels to Central Hatyai, Lotus Hatyai. I got a room on the 5th floor. The room was clean and spacious room, had a good amount of natural light. Aircon, TV, Wifi, and hot shower worked well too. Staff members are also very helpful :)

I completely forgot that if the keycard is taken out of the socket, all things shut down including the fridge. My water wasn't cold when I came back to the room Lol, my bad though.

For a family of six, we had two rooms. In my opinion, the room is spacious and comfortable. The room has a huge balcony too! And they have iron service for free, but for a maximum of 2 hours. We are supposed to check in at 2 p.m. But since we came early, we managed to check in at 12 p.m. Other than that, at first, our rooms are not next to each other, but you can request them and just need to pay extra. You need to have transportation to go to the main city from the hotel, but to have a wonderful sleep, I think it is okay. Don’t worry if you are hungry; there is seven eleven nearby. You can just walk there for a few minutes.

Near to attraction places just by walking or by tuk tuk. Room is very big and very comfortable.the receptionist is very friendly and well manner. Fridge is big

No electric jug for coffee and no room service come on the second day to clean the room

Never expect that we will received the room like what we stayed. The staff was so nice and assists us and hope we can stayed frequently here in Ma Na Residence.

Only the shower water too slow and should have a bins at car park to ensure we can easily used while packing our stuff in car.

The hotel - Can check in early if the room is available. Have parking lot for guest. The room - big, got balcony with net for children's security, sinki at balcony, fridge 1 door, table Cleanliness - Room and bathroom clean Staff - Polite and helpful *Nearest way if you take car/tuktuk to Asean Night, Greenway and Central Festival. Not recommend for walking from the hotel.

The hotel is a little hidden from the main road, maybe grab car/tuktuk hard to find at 1st bcs not familiar yet. But not big issue, can waze or use map. Maybe the hotel can put the signboard from main road to easy for driver.

Room is spacious and clean. Location wise is good. Not near to city centre but closer to some of my favourite restaurants. If you’re driving there, there spacious parking lot at your convenience. Staff was very helpful and some of their staff can speak Malay and English too.

Hope they can provide a kettle in room but its okay since you can still get hot water from the lobby
