Very nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast is not spectacular but sufficient to start the day. The rooms are great, nice designed. We liked the balcony with the big lounge bed.

The street produces a lot of noise at night. In the room you hear it a little, but you cannot really sit outside. Multiple bands are playing from 20h onwards (every day!) at the cafes and bars at idiotic volumes (given the fact that they play superloud for just a handful of people). The hotel cannot be blamed for this.

Nice and new property. Booked because of the past reviews. Requested for a quiet room and was happy it was.

The housekeeping and F&B staff were really nice. But the receptionists were unfriendly, and not accommodating. Called prior my stay and found the staff rude. No trolley service when we arrived with luggage. Seems like it’s self-service. But when checking out, the receptionist called someone to help the Westerners who had luggage - ahh. Discrimination of service - favoritism towards foreigners. Called to check-out so the housekeeper could do a room check- I was shocked to be instructed by the receptionist to wait outside the room for the housekeeper to arrive and return the keycards to her. What? My husband told me to ignore that and just check-out at the counter. I was very disappointed with the type of service received since I reserved the room because of the high reviews.

Spotlessly clean, large room with huge bed. Loungers in your room, in reception and by the big swimming pool, epitomised the relaxing environment. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Will stay here again on the next visit to Hua Hin.

The room was nice and spacious, and had all the expected features you would need for a room. I really love the design and style of this boutique hotel, it was stunning to look at. Very good size for a small family for 3 and the balcony was large and had a lovely seating area and outside bed area

When the cleaners come to clean the room it would be nice if they brushed the floors, we found that they changed the bed and supplied new towels each day which was great but the floor wasn’t cleaned. Also it would of been nice to have different types of options for breakfast each morning yes there was certainly a variety on offer but it was the same variety each day which got a bit boring.

The location is quite convenient with a laundry, eatery and pharmacy just across the street. The room is really comfortable and spacious. My kids love the breakfast.

Location is quite isolated without easy access to public transportation. You'll have to book grab as there's usually no taxi or tuk tuk in sight. HuaHin night market is quite a distance if you're walking with young kids, about 15mins walk. The beach nearby is for viewing and enjoying the crashing waves. Not so much for playing. You'll need to walk about 15mins further down to Hua Hin Beach to play on the sand.

Beautiful modern hotel, loved the bed and sofa and outside day bed. The breakfast buffet had a good range , the pool and layout was beautiful as it clearly caters to people wanting the poolside holiday. The hotel is only 15min walk from the main tourist center, still plenty of restaurants around here.

I'd have loved a smart tv or some way to cast different content on the tv because there were few english channels available. I totally understand that most people on holiday in Hua Hin want a poolside or beachside experience which I couldn't do because of surgery I wanted a relaxing time out of the water. The shower temperature wasn't consistent otherwise nice big shower with a big seat/shelf and waterfall + handheld showerheads.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious with a comfy bed & sofa and sun bed on the quite large terrace. Very clean and well kept, especially liked the nice pool area. Bathroom is very modern with nice design. Also liked that they have a fitness center (don't expect a big one, but was sufficient for our needs). Good walking distance to city centre and nice restaurants around. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Expect some music from the surrounding bars to play until midnight/1am. Was no problem for us at all but if you have light sleep, might be good to know.

Pool was big and great, got the sunlight during the day so the water was warm, pool towels available near the pool (but all the rooms are facing the pool so everyone can watch you swim 🤣). lots of parking lots, most were empty when we were there so no need to worry. bed was soooooo comfortable and clean. bathroom was spacious and clean, but the entrance to the bathroom can be a bit dangerous (there was a step between the door and the bathtub next to it). Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, surrounded with food, the coffee shop opposite to the hotel was great.

Smoking area is on the first floor right in front of the rooms and parking lots. Breakfast was cold and not appetite, but you can walk about 5 mins from the hotel and get some nice breakfast. The rooms with pool access on the first floor may be dangerous for groups with kids or those who can’t swim as there’s no railings at all and no privacy.

Swimmimg pool is the spotlight of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room are big size, and beautiful. If it wasn't for very bland breakfast, I would happily give 10 out of 10 for this hotel.

Breakfast is not what I would expect in the hotel in Thailand. We have small choice of buffet selections. Most of the food are very bland. Apart from egg fried rice and vegetable noodle, there is no asian food or local (thai) food in Breakfast selection. I wouldn't pay for breakfast again if I come back in Hua Hin.

Loved this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a daybed on our large balcony with view of pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and guests were considerate to each other and did not reserve sun beds. Breakfast was good and included. Room was cleaned everyday to high standard. Would recommend this hotel for a more traditional/local experience.

For westerners the selection of local restaurants was limited as many of the menus only in Thai but we found enough variety. About 15 minute walk from main tourist area.
