It is directly on the beach. The beach is city style long beach, but surprisingly very nice. There is a sign that there are jellyfish, but we saw only a huge dead one on the beach, but not in the water and we bath a lot. Evenings we walked on the beach 2-3km, until the night market. Attention, you cannot walk on the beach during high tide. Breakfast was the best part, it is at the beach restaurant so we stayed there for 2-3 hours every morning. The hotel is small, so not many people. There are no loud bars around. Our room was close to the main street, ut we didn't hear the cars, so all good. With Grab or tuctuc you can get easily to a shopping mall or night market. We took Grab and we went to the Mangrove Forest, 20-30 min from the hotel. Super nice! 1km walk in beautifully maintained mangrove tree walk! Free.

there are supposedly jellyfish, and even though we didn't see any and we bathed a lot, one of our friends refused to go into the water.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us in an already exceptional way. Everyone was very friendly and kind, customer service here is the highest I met with. Location is just amazing you right at the beach, everything is very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable beds - great mattress, pillows and sheets. Pool with poolside bar was large and cool - we spent time in it everyday. The single restaurant onsite was great for breakfast and a quick lunch. The location was ok, not too much close by but only 5 mins in a taxi to anywhere you want to go - 20 min walk to the night markets with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Right on the beach too, which our kids loved. And lastly it was the little things - the free mini bar (no alcohol), the generous happy hour, the friendly staff who prepared us breakfast bags as we checked out very early. I will return.

We spent a wonderful four days at this hotel. The child had a dream to visit a hotel with a private pool and therefore our choice fell on this hotel. We rested in the month of July 2023. The weather was great. The beach is clean and nearby. The water in the pools and the sea is very pleasant and warm. The room, bed and bathroom are very comfortable and huge. Daily cleaning, daily good free bottled water and delicious biscuits a gift from the hotel every day There were not many vacationers on the coast and in the hotel itself during this period and this made it even more comfortable (we were told that it was hot and rainy in Thailand in the summer months, we were 11 days in this amazing country and the air temperature was acceptable, it rains for 1-10 minutes and then not every day.Air conditioners work well everywhere.We did not see mosquitoes.The hotel is not big, to the center by taxi 250 Baht or tuk-tuk 15 Baht, in front of the hotel - a massage parlor.Hua Hin is not a big, calm, clean beach with warm water.We rode elephants and were in a national park with a waterfall

The breakfast could be improved. Add more fruits and snacks. The hotel should be updated: paint wooden and iron parts, remove dried plants somewhere. The restaurant and bar would be nice to touch up, the furniture in the restaurant (cupboards and tables for food) do not match the style of the hotel. The shower, which is located on the steps in front of the beach - fix it, there is also a sign, the name of the hotel - replace, all the letters are not visible. The bridge, too, should be updated if possible. There are no good restaurants or shops around the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't eat there.

Pool villa was extremely spacious and hotel led straight onto the beach. Staff could not do enough to make your stay a good one. Had to bring a few points to staff’s attention regarding our room and we were moved straight away. We had to leave very early for our flight and the restaurant provided 2 excellent breakfasts to go.

Sadly the hotel restaurant and bar closed 9pm and very little atmosphere round the pool. Parts of hotel and rooms were in need of some refurbishing (decking around pool areas) but the hotel did seem to be dealing with this. We got the hotel for a largely discounted price, however, if we had paid full price then we would have been disappointed

the location is in the quiet part of Hua Hin, but still not inconvenient or far from night market. There was not many people on the beach, so it was quiet and made it feel like it’s our private beach. Our room was clean and spacious with all the facillities we needed including complimentary mini bar items. The jacuzzi at the balcony was working so well. The bed was extremely comfy. We could relax in bed all day. Staff was very attentive and polite. We called to order some sodas in the night without knowing that the kitchen was already closed. However, staff who picked up the phone said that he will go out and buy it for us. We really appreciated it a lot. Thank you so much.

in our opinion, pool was quiet small, narrow and it was right by the restaurant, so it was kinda awkward a little bit to swim or play with your party. Choices for breakfast were limited, but still tasty and fulfilling. We got a duplex room with terrace on the rooftop. However, sunbed on the rooftop wasn‘t in a good shape. It has a lot of water stain, probably from the rain. Still it wasn‘t a big deal for us because we didn‘t use sunbed much.

1. Location, -good vibes, nice view -I can walk to Wat Khao Takiap or the ice cream cafe nearby. -just few minutes drive to convenience store(7-11, family mart, drug store) or 15 minutes to huahin city market. 2. Room -the room is very cozy. -With 39m-square, I'm surprise at first glance that bathroom area is 50% of total space. (didn't notice before booking) but I eventually love this room layout. -warm bed and I slept very well. -TV can be connected through youtube, international channel such as BBC, DW -JBL Horizon speaker for you to play the music with nice sound and digital/alarm clock within it. 3.Breakfast -breakfast with beach front view. -There're various kind of food for my 2 days. (Thai foods, tomato beans, sausage, eggs menu, Chinese buns, fruits and salad, tufu set, congee, coffee machine and juices). 4. other services -staffs are friendly and helpful. -spacious pool and sitting area. -there's foot wash area after you walk back from the beach.

1. in shower room, -ceiling shower didn't work well, just some water can get out from some hole. -the water from shower didn't run that fast but overall is ok. 2.The kettle -it's dirty inside, have to clean before use, I just notice after use the 2nd time.

Jacuzzi The room is nice Clean Design modern of hotel Actually it is a small calm hotel

Location I would not advise private pool.not really intimate. For jacuzzi I also thought more isolated than that but since ours was located on 1st floor,whereas all the private pools are downstairs. I would say people pass by,separated by a designed wall normally you cannot see, but ... The door toilet while the shower is 2x bigger than a normal one, the toilet is smaller and especially the door is not great to close when inside.. Everything is also in glass door.... The cupboard is beautiful in bathroom,but it is non sense to install a cupboard with no way to hang your clothes, removing this cupboard would give more space feeling

- Staffs are all nice and accommodating (at the restaurant, bar, and front desk) - Food, mocktails & drinks are nice (though might be a bit pricy - but tasty and with high quality ingredients) - Comfortable, practical room with handy lighting system - The view around the beach front restaurant & pool area is stunning. - Enjoy the beautiful beach walk & sunrise - Close to shops and stalls down the village (within walking distance)

- Mosquitoes in the room were a bit annoying, the hotel gave us mosquito plug in devices but were not effective (guess because the room was too big for the small device to work). I think the hand held mosquito trap might be more effective.

Our rooms were exceptional, very spacious. The area isn't close to the centre of Hua Hin, but it is quieter. The street scene isn't brilliant but its location right on the beach is one of the attractions of the complex. At high tide, the sea reaches the boundary, but at low tide there is a lovely flat stretch of sandy beach at least 50M wide. The complex faces East for lovely sunrises. Breakfast is very good but not exceptional.

The pool was very narrow and not easy for more than one swimmer at a time. If we had knowne about the range of rooms available, we may have chosen adjoining rooms with shared facilities. They looked superb. The gym is adequate, but is in the basement which has (not unusually) a musty smell. Children may be wary of the multitude of tiny crabs that come out at low tide.
