The property was perfect . Atmosphere,facilities .Spectacular view.

On the check in arrival , the welcome from the front crew was fine but seem a little bit unfriendly . During our stay we were so happy with the facilities and every meal from the restaurant,all the staff in the Bistro and the house keepers were helpful with smiles and friendly conversations. But at the end of this stay I already checked out and waited for my car to pick me up, I noticed that last minute while the guests who checked out and left the hotel while I was sitting there waiting for my car ,the crew who had farewell duty say goodbye and gave a property’s souvenir to everyone of them .This is supposed to be done to every guest . When the moment our family left the hotel , no such a farewell treat was given to us . That moment I felt like we were not welcome here .

We booked a river cabin, which has a great location, view and privacy but there was an issue with the airconditioning who made lots of noise ( more than our train trip from Chiang Mai to Ayuthaya) . After a bad night due to this issue they offered us a Villa, this room is fabulous!! We thank the manager for this upgrade and we can recommend you to book this room if you go over-there. Overall this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast is great with a large offer of dishes and partly buffet style. For those who like to have a walk in the evening or who like to spend to have a drink in the city of Kanchanaburi they have to keep in mind that a taxi drive of minimum 20 minutes is needed and there are no cabs in the area. Try to get a taxi from Kanchanaburi because in the hotel they charge you 1100 bath for a return taxi, the local return price is around 400 bath or try gettransfer.com . This is a great and perfect hotel and location for them who want to spend a quite and nice time at the river without leaving their hotel. If i would come back to visit Kanchanaburi than i would take a hotel in the center but this is a personal choice. I can’t review the restaurant due that we didn’t tried it , but notice ( as often in High standard hotels)the prices are 3 times higher than in local high rated restaurants. There is also included tea and snack offer in the afternoon but they forgot to inform us about this so we missed it.

Location to far from the center

The waterfall villas are fantastic. Very nice designed with pool, bathtub, soundsystems, kitchen and everything you possibly want. Nothing to complain about!

On the way to the rooms, you pass the back of all the buildings and the garden (only in this area) is not well taken care of… an easy fix I guess. The service is very friendly but has definitely potential to improve to a adequate 5 star level. They were having more of a good time together than focusing on the guests.

Everything! My room, access to pool and river, wonderful staff, amazing activities, food, everything! I also loved the quiet and the serenity of the place... Its a hidden gem and I hope to visit this place anytime I make a visit to Kanchanaburi.

There is nothing the staff and hotel could do to make it more awesome place other than perhaps make the place a bit more old people/disabled friendly.

Beautiful view and gorgeous pool. Very good food at the restaurant. Tried both Thai, western and other options and all were very good. Comfy bed and large sofa ideal when travelling with younger kids.

- Cleanliness was hit and miss. While the room was overall very clean, our coffee machine was filthy dirty: water tank was already full of white sediment and lots of dead bugs floating in it. It had obviously not been cleaned (or even used?) for weeks, which is inadmissible for a 5 stars hotel @ THB6000 per night. - Some of the restaurant staff were lacking a bit of training or experience. however it's never been a problem as they were also all very polite and extremely nice. - guardrails on the balconies aren't safe for younger kids.

All restaurant staffs were on duty on our dinner night of November 21,2022 who arrange birthday surprise and delicious meals. 3. Property has located on privacy and amazing view 4. Free of charge activities for Kayaking and Sup board 5. We stayed X float cabin room type, close with river view and Sunrise. Room cleaned, large and more convenience. Worth for it !

This is a fabulous hotel. Our room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful . The pool was incredible, the facilities excellent . Restaurant food was good but expensive compared to local costs

This hotel is a bit out of the way which means it can be expensive since to get in and out of town.

Amazing veiw, infinity pool, staff very freindly. Food at resturant was good and the spa massage was amazing.

Air con is not so strong and noisy. Rooms at pool level are the best. Room on river, can be smelly. Nothing to do in the area, so either relax at the pool, or take a car/ driver to visit the city and the national parks.

Comfortable hotel where you can watch the river drift pass. Excellent food but quite expensive. Each individual floating room has a balcony to the river and a sun bathing area on the roof.

We had use of a kayak. This seemed like a good idea but the boat was actually very unstable and we did not like the idea of falling in the river.

Overwhelming sunrise. This most be the most beautiful I have ever seen. The location with the river in the front, the mountains in the back. Simply amazing. The rooms have direct view and equally as stunning.

The location is a bit outside Kamchanaburi and you have to organize the driver via the hotel - that's costly. The breakfast was meh, they have a Cafe which is more focused on looking good on Instagram than actually tasting good. But for this view, I don't care! 😁
