Great experience. Staff is amazing. Great facilities. Breakfast and food were top notch. Attention to detail and helpfulness was next level. Our flight was in the evening so they allowed us to prorate the cost of the room for late check out as well as securing our bags to let us walk around before we flew.

The pool hours aren’t great, it would be nice to have evening swims past 5 o’clock. it’s a minor annoyance you have to go up to the restaurant then to another set of elevators to get to room. If I’m absolutely nitpicking, the breakfast was incredible, however the eggs Benedict were a disappointment both times.

There was a wide selection of breakfast options. Fantastic staff. The location was great as was the pool area and the gym.

It was clearly a design feature but the "unfunished" celing in the room and plain concrete ceiling in the balcony area felt a little odd. Almost like they are still jobs on the to do list as opposed to the finished look. The elevator switch from the groundfloor to the rooms, via the restaurant was a little strange and awkard when dragging luggage through. The only other issue was the leaking bidet tap in the bedroom (room 2116)

Our room was 5 stars at a glance but there were a lot of impractical elements. No wardrobe and the hanging space was too low for a long dress (which I needed to hang for a wedding). The bed had an awkward base you could not walk around. I had the crawl in from the end of the bed 🤣 There was no vanity area to sit at with a mirror.

Beautiful property, lots of beautiful views and close to all shopping. The restaurants and cafe in the hotel are some of the best in the city, and that’s what you can expect.

Getting to the room is a bit time consuming. To get to many of the rooms you have to go all the way up to the restaurant (Floor 27 I think), then walk through the restaurant, to elevators down to your room. We have stayed 3 times so this is not a one off.

This hotel is absolutely faultless! The staff are exceptional in every sense - their dress, their attention to detail and their willingness to do everything for you. The hotel is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. the rooms are wonderful and the balcony gives you views across Khon Kaen. The roof top pool is a little gem of a treat and after breakfast we caught rays there until the sun disappeared around 4 pm. It was quiet and perfect for our get together with our son and his girlfriend. I’d love to come back again one day soon.

I wish they would ad some sugar substitutes like Equal or Splenda in the rooms and restaurants and coffee shop because not everyone takes regular sugar.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and in a good location. I think that it is a bit pricey for Khon Kaen, however it is a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Closet space or drawers in the rooms are definitely missing if you are staying more than a night or two.

The decor was amazing, the food outstanding and the hotel staff amazing!

It was a bit cumbersome having to traverse through the dining room to get to the elevators from the residence area.

High rise modern hotel very centrally situated. Rooftop. Italian restaurant. Excellent rooms (suites are the best of course). Over excellent service (Vincent the manager and all the staff). Exceptionnaly quiet (high floor, very good insonorisation).
