We took the S1 Penthouse was spacious and a great choice for a two-night stay at a property with no hotspots around it BEAUTIFUL and quiete beach, not crowded at all, clean sands and no crabs. nice pool and tanning area with music overlooking the beach nice bathtub in the penthouse!

- too many flies at the breakfast area - very outdated facilities - we were unable to fill the bathtub with complete hot water as it ran-out quickly, and when we asked the staff they told us that we need to keep the AC on as the bathtub water heater is connected to it. we did turn both AC’s on and waited for an hour and the hot water unfortunately never came, so unfortunately our bathtub experience was ruined as the water got cold and the room was cool due to the AC which had to be on! - very limited food menu, and breakfast was by order not buffet

This was our first time to a Nikki Beach resort so can’t compare to others. Beautiful property on an amazing stretch of beach. We had the room looking on to pool and it was really beautiful. The food was very good but to be expected, pricy considering elsewhere in Thailand. I really liked the fact that they don’t skimp on towels and room amenities.

A few things could be improved. The music around the main pool every day was a bit much at times. Maybe have one day when it’s not playing or it’s a different gender. The pillows to my taste need to be better. Too big and hard.

Loved that it had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere (to have dinner 6pm onwards) overlooking the beach, with delicious fresh meals and attentive staff. Loved that there were plenty of spaces (sun beds) that looked welcoming, where you could relax and read a book but also enjoy relaxing tunes, overlooking the pool. Loved that the day club finished at 5pm. Loved that they had their own day spa on site. Loved the lap pool -75metres is huge!! Loved that it was mostly adults only. It was so tranquil!

I would have liked a discount at the day spa or a free massage or something. It was a big expense on top of the accommodation we had already paid. It was a big walk in the heat, to the ATM to get money out. I think we should have been given a lift given there was no ATM at the hotel and we had paid a lot of money to stay. When we were leaving, we had to carry our suitcases from our hotel room with an umbrella, a fair distance, and then up the stairs to the reception. There should have been a staff member to come pick us up in a buggy or help us with our bags, given it is a luxury resort.

Everything!! This was our favourite stay during our Thailand trip. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the food too, such a tasty breakfast menu. Location wise it’s easily accessible from Nathon Pier (which is where we came from). Grab Taxi’s (via the app) are easy to find. The hotel also offered to book Taxi’s too. All in all, a wonderful stay.

No negatives to report, we’re already looking at other Nikki Beach locations to visit in the future!

Very nice small Resort, we were unlucky with the weather so I cannot have clear picture of the beach quality. Restaurants and shops arround, on the beach and Road but still quite place. Note that there is a beach club as a part of the hotel, thing you can appriciate or not. Small gym with new equipment available as well.

No activities for families with kids, as table tenis, tennis or billiard for example. This is reason why I recommend better for adults and couples

Lovely and quiet hotel. The room was big and clean, very comfy bed. Great pools, breakfast was delicious.

The area is pretty quiet, not many places to go out near the hotel. The room service and hotel’s restaurants are very expensive.

Beautiful pool area with stunning beach and sunset views. The atmosphere is more relaxed and chill than party vibes, which can be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for. Friendly service, cold drinks and food was pretty good too.

Somehow the vibe isn’t quite there, the place doesn’t seem to know if it’s meant for partying or relaxation. Visited in January and it was quite empty.

We had a wonderful time at the Nikki Beach Resort in Koh Samui and we would happily return! We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who made us feel welcome the second we arrived. We had emailed ahead to advise we would be arriving early due to our flight times and much to our surprise the hotel had not only ensured we had a room ready after a very long journey but they also upgraded us to a beautiful garden villa with a sea view as we were travelling for a special occasion! The food and cocktails, although pricey compared to the rest of the island, was delicious and made with skill and care. The spa was lovely but again very expensive in comparison with other options. The staff helped us to plan a day visiting the elephant sanctuary and we’re always on hand to answer questions. Overall, a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with amazing service.
