Great room with private pool and hotel had brilliant location on beach, lovely part of the island

Only downfall was the mosquitos at breakfast at the restaurant I got 17 bites on the first morning during the 10 mins I was sat there

Beautiful resort - really great for a family.Super clean - the beds are a little firm but that’s to be expected and we had no issues with it. Great location - it’s at the quieter end but is a 2 minute taxi to busy end of Chaweng beach and Central Saumi. Pool was good for kids as it not too deep and our duplex was right next to it so that was great Amazing staff - we especially loved joining in on the Songkran festivities out the front of the resort Breakfast and lunch were both good There is 7/11 , Tops Daily and an excellent coffee shop within walking distance as well as the massage place directly across the road was lovely and my kids loved it !

Nice views, wonderful facilities and beautiful rooms. The staff are super friendly and professional at their duties.

The breakfast designated for patrons staying at the hotel was provided every morning but the Breakfast menu was not what I was expecting. The menu is the same every day, has been put on for everyone on a serious budget. No bacon and no pork sausages, only chicken sausages and ham that's been sitting in water for while. The breakfast menu needs to meet the standard of a high class hotel as it's is lacking in quality breakfast ingredients.

The location of the place was good the plunge pool room was cool to have pool on balcony, room service was decent and not expensive.

The breakfast could improve but again great value for money

The resort is beautiful with the swim up pool connecting the rooms was perfect. travelling with teens it was ideal to have them close without feeling on top of each other plus once the patio is closed you don’t hear much the rooms where a good size lots of light coming in, beds where comfortable and cleaned every day. There’s an authentic feel to the resort a mixture of old and new. The staff at the resort where so friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much. Mr Ken went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable he upgraded our room so we had a bigger pool and beautiful views. He was very generous with his time and always with lovely words to say about us. Along with Alberto who was great with advice about the local area and which tours would suit us best. The rest of the staff where also beautiful people from the waiting on staff to the cleaning crew and pool guys. Not only did they make our stay extra special they made us feel safe and comfortable. The resort is on a hill and walking upto reception depending where you are on the resort is an effort. I didn’t mind plus they have golf buggies to ferry around people who needed it. Walking along the beach is easier to get down to the strip or the local supermarket 7/11

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. If you need assistance with anything they will help you. We had a great duplex villa with access to a pool. The villa was spacious, clean and with great airconditioning. There was a varied breakfast.

The terrain is quite hilly, something to be mindful of if you are not very mobile. However, there is a golfcart that can be used to move around if you have mobility issues. The Wi-fi was a bit spotty the first two days, after that it worked perfectly.

One of the best resorts I ever stayed in! Very green - special thanks to the gardeners! Very spacious and yet cozy - the villa we stayed in had two completely separated floors, which was very convenient. Great service. Amazingly accommodating staff at the reception - they helped me with everything - tours' arrangements, private trips, transfers. Ought to specifically mention Betty at the reception - she was my angel! - arranged so many things for us, gave very helpful advices, all with a very personal touch and always a smile and sincere understanding and care!! Special thanks to R.J., for his impeccable English, never-faiding calmness, even in the middle of the night when some noise situation occurred which he fixed immediately and with an amazing professionalism! Great breakfast, with huge selection. Great in-room service - very nice restaurant on site. Lots of thanks to all - all the staff are very nice and always smiling and caring!

I shall mention the location - it was perfect for me, both the secluded and very clean beach and some distance from the Chaweng nightlife. But some people might find it inconvenient since it requires some 20-minutes walking to the Chaweng lake, night markets and Central Phuket Mall.

The staff, particularly Tor and Copta were exceptional especially in their friendliness towards our children. They helped both have an amazing stay. The 2 bed room with private pool was luxurious and breakfast was fantastic.

The shared pools could do with maintenance. The water was dirty and lots of cracks, sharp tiles that gave our kids a few cuts. It's called Beach Resort and Spa but it doesn't have direct beach access and there is no spa! There are steps down to access a beach but it's not outside the hotel and when tide is in can be a bit tricky to navigate. It didn't stop us from enjoying our time, just an observation!

the plunge pool villa I was allocated was awesome… high level outlook over the Resort and Sea/garden views… impressive.. it’s not close proximity to hub of the night life area but is close enough to get away from it all… getting a motor bike helps heaps… and more accessible to all Samui has to offer… so regardless of where you stay … this place is one of many awesome getaways … On a trip some years back… I wanted to stay here and glad I did… I book 8 days and was going to move closer to Chewang but decided to stay the remainder of my trip… the plunge pool villa helped make the decision easier…

the negative feedback about the resort and will eventually have to leave.. The property getting the TLC it’s needs and requires as you can see the little adjustment being done…
