The beds and pillows were very hard. We had to check out at 6am to get our next flight to our next location but no one was on reception it was closed. so we had to leave a note with the key behind the desk for them…

Very nice pool, spacious rooms, great room service, nice balcony, very good location and great value-for-money. We booked just a few nights first, being a bit skeptical because of the relatively low rating on booking.... But we extended 3 times, because we liked it so much and would return at any time.

Rooms are not super new anymore, but still nice. The only thing which disturbed us a bit (but wasnt a huge problem) is, that the bathroom appears a bit rundown... If that's refurbished, the places clearly is a 10 for us!

It’s the second time we have been to Asia Divers Resort, we returned because we enjoyed it so much last year. The welcome you receive, is in true Thai style, smiles and hospitality are one of the many things Thailand does so well, it felt like coming home. The resort is small but has everything we desire, apart from a restaurant ( which currently closes at 5pm) it has a beautifully maintained pool, carefully cared for gardens and a location that is a short walk from the beach and town but far enough away to be quiet. It’s not far from Sairee Beach maybe a five minute walk, it’s away from the main throng of activity noise and party cabaret shows, but everything is so easily accessible. The staff here are lovely, we always have breakfast at the resort as well which sets us up for the day, great value for money. The laundry service they offer is great, a one day turn around, washed smelling lovely and ironed all for i50 Bht per kilo. This weeks waging cost us 150Bht /£3.53. The room is spacious, more importantly clean and cleaned daily, complementary toiletries are provided, not essential but a nice touch. There is a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, plenty of space to hang your clothes, towels and a balcony that is great to relax on. You are also left with water and can enjoy the air conditioning and a phone, the WiFi is great 👍 Pool time is relaxing, having stayed twice, it’s never overly busy, there’s always a bed in the sun and shade if you desire. We love the fact that Asian Divers collect you from the resort but more over you can use this service to pop down to the port for an afternoon / evening for a change of scenery. We stayed here originally to take advantage of the diving but we learnt last year that they’ve not opened that option back up since COVID. However there are so many 5🌟 PADI dive schools to choose from, that’s not a problem. Having stayed twice, we’d recommend and would return.

Nothing at all

Perfect spot to have a holiday! The location is great, few minutes walk from everything but a bit quieter. The pool is fantastic and it was free for swimming no divers practicing. The room was big enough, bed was firm but comfortable, balcony was nice and overall had really nice six days. We extended our stay for few days. You can do laundry here and rent a scooter. They also have free shuttle service on 9.00 am and 2.00 pm to pier.

The breakfast is okey but not fantastic. If you have the breakfast including you can choose from few options, toast and eggs, pancake, fruits and yogurt and coffee/tea/juice. Simple but gives you enough energy to start your day.

Pool is good and can still use when divers are in class. Rooms have a nice balcony and are a decent size. Staff were helpful when booking onward travel and transfer from the pier is helpful too. Very good location not a far walk from main restaurant/beach/shop area.

Problem with the room when we first arrived but was fixed quickly. Bathrooms do also smell slightly but not as bad as some of these reviews are making out! For a no AC room it does seem expensive and they were very very hot!! Would recommend getting a room with AC but this would have made it too expensive for us.

Big asterisk with this rating: there are 2 buildings, 1 is by a road with constant motorbike and muay thai gym noise and the other is not. We were originally in the noisy one and after one night of pretty disrupted sleep I asked to move which the staff accommodated straight away. The other block (which probably has 70% of the rooms) was much much better and had a nicer bathroom (shower separated from toilet area). So for the 2nd room, I thought it was great value - nice room, aircon, balcony, quiet, clean. Nice pool, probably wouldn't want to spend all day on the loungers as they're not the comfiest but fine for a while. Great location with lots of restaurants within 2 mins walk and a 5 min walk to the beach past a 7eleven. The hotel also rents snorkels, scooters, and I think it has a travel agent. Would deffo recommend the room we ended up with, but I'd be annoyed if I had to stay in the first one. Deep sleepers may not mind.

Noisy first room before we switched

Staff were excellent. Cleaners were fantastic. Clean rooms everyday. Maintenance of hotel was also great. Pool was always clean. Great location - in the centre of town but just slightly out of the way to avoid all the chaos and free transfer to hotel. Also good wifi. We extended our stay as we really enjoyed the hotel!

Drains in the bathroom smelt bad throughout our stay. Had to keep bathroom door shut at all times. Pillows were not comfortable at all.

The location is great, the pool is fantastic and the resort is very nice. The staff is very friendly and you get free transportation between the pier and the hotel when you arrive and leave. Fantastic.

There are cockroaches that get into the room, it's not because of a lack of cleanliness, I think they get in through the bathroom drain. The hotel should have more control over these animals because it's disgusting that they get into the room.

clean comfy room, walking distance to Sairee Beach and amazing pool. Restaurant opposite Happy Life does the best Panang and Massaman on the island!

They could make more of the restaurant. not overly welcoming or friendly. Its ok though, as Happy Life had everything we needed for Breakfast. lunch and dinner!

Everything, great price for the location and the hotel. Pool was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and lovely balconies. Had an issue with the first room and they changed it for us no problem, staff very helpful. We had 3 nights booked and extended it for 5.

Only downside was no A/C room was quite stuffy but you can pay extra for A/C but we were on a budget so we just went with the room with a fan which did the job. Insects everywhere around the property but not the properties fault as it’s located near trees/bushes etc but you wouldn’t notice too much.
