The hotel is relatively new therefore everything was very much in place. The view of Mekong river was to die for. The room itself might have looked quite bland for some people but personally i loved it. The staff were very respectful as well as informative. Althou I didn't have breakfast there but the room service food was heavenly.

The room has no usable work desk except a built-in small edge. That was quite unexpected because the room size and space were still empty. The walls between rooms can be considered thinner than other hotels i have stayed at or maybe because the room next door had small children, thus it seems louder than normal circumstances. Not so sure about this one.

location... direct at the Mekong. Clean nice room, good bathroom (very nice thick and big towels). Inside architecture... Very kind staff with english no problems. Liked the cafeteria. Normal room with the sofa is fine.

No balcony (not our kind of room), not really much parking space at the hotel (have to go over the road), swimmingpool good for kids, but not so large. Breakfast is very asian (it has some cereal but no muesli, no cheese, no dried meet), but a loot of asian food. Could not open the windows, sound of the airconditionmachine outside (two, even we not used ours we heared the other one all the time). But I have to say I am very noise sensitive.... Mekongview... as we were in the middle of the building (like an U, we were not at the front). So if you really want a good room with good view you have to book the deluxe class or the suit.

Great hotel, loved the soft pillows. Housekeeping was great, the hotel is really clean. Very nice swimming pool, lots of parking. The bathroom was perfectly sized with a really good, hot shower with great pressure. Easy access to the walking street area with a cycleway overlooking the Mekong river. They also have bikes to rent. We walked a few times and it only took about 25 minutes, a tuk tuk cost 80 Baht. No problems at all, will definitely come again.

A great value, modern hotel with a Mekong view. The highlight was the excellent staff - who were all very friendly and helpful.

It was a shame that on both nights I stayed there was fairly loud singing and music taking place in the outside entertainment area, which was easily audible late in the evening on a high floor. Had it not been for that I would have rated the hotel 10 out of 10, especially as the price I paid was pretty modest.

Very high standards in this hotel. The staff were always courteous and welcoming. The room was cleaned very well and had a strong shower. My room was located on the 7th floor with a nice view of the river Mekong. The breakfast was very enjoyable, offering different foods every morning. The homemade yoghurt with fresh fruit was a treat.

Cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Our room maid did an excellent job. All staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Very good choice at breakfast catered for every taste

Not so much a didn't like but more of misunderstanding. We had a superior double room and on the Booking. com website it says it includes bathrobes and slippers, you only get these with a suite. It would have been nice to have a balcony you could sit on

Pool is great. We were upgraded into a suite for only 500 baht, because in our originally booked superior room there was no balcony. Suite was great, if you don't mind the room number (313) :)

original room had no window to open. changed to suite and it was great.

New facility and clean

Unfortunately stayed when convention was ongoing which as people know they don’t respect other guests when finishing seminar and then drinking and later going to bed disturbing others.

The hotel is new and clean. I think they just open in 2022. The room, bed, and breakfast are decent. It is not exactly within walking distance from the main attraction near the river, but close enough to take only a couple of minutes by car.

We booked the river view room, but we are given the street view instead. The breakfast room is a bit hard to find from the lobby.

Nice location and great views of the Mekong River

The room has a balcony but is locked with no access - That should be noted in the description of the room. Had to pay a 300 baht deposit for a second key card.
