The service was excellent. All the staff from security guards to front desk, bell persons, restaurant staff, were very very polite, accommodating and prompt (in answering questions and accommodating requests). We went as family with a toddler and the hotel and staff were kid-friendly. Room was big with nice living room/dining area and plenty of light. The staff handled any uncomfortable issues very well - I happened to check-in at the same time with a rude customer and I was impressed by how the staff handled the situation. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and will rebook for future visits to the province.

Very nice clean modern Hotel

I wanted a very small amount of fresh milk for one cup of tea in the morning. I was told that wasn’t possible but they offered to sell me a large cup of fresh milk for THB 70. I can get the equivalent in 7/11 for about THB 15. In the morning at breakfast I could have as much fresh milk as I wanted for free. I wanted a minute amount for one one cup of tea and they couldn’t do that. Crazy!!!

Stays here many times now and this hotel doesn’t disappoint. There is cheaper hotels out there but this seems to be the normal price for a good hotel in korat now. Nice pool and big room. I think I actually got a free upgrade as I only booked double room but was put in a 1 bedroom apartment.

I’ve stayed a number of time at the Aisana.The staff very friendly and try there very best to accommodate.

found staying this at the AisanA the room next door was noisy and being in the room opposite the lift got all the passing noise from people. asked for a city view got a building site.Out of my 5 times staying here 4 have been great .Would I stay again yes for sure.

Very modern, extremely comfortable and spacious rooms away tucked away from the hustle and bustle of main korat but within east walking distance of everything you need. Very friendly staff, loved it.

Well designed and nicely decorated place. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was fine. Besides a wide selection for 'Asians' there was a reasonable choice for westerners.

The room did have insufficient storage space for clothes etc.

I booked one of the big rooms, which are in a separate building ('Grand Aisana'). Big TV screen both in living room and bedroom. A quiet AC in both rooms. Japanese standard toilet (with washer and dryer). High hygienic standard (plastic gloves for the customers at the buffet). A nice pool area situated between the two buildings. 'The Mall' (a really big mall) wihin walking distance. I think: you don't need 'more'

The only thing which I would miss after 3 or 4 days: a choice of eggs / an egg station. There was a little bit of a bad smell in the bathroom

Hotel is new and very clean. Food is good. Many choices that you can select, but I expect a good coffee.

Overall the room is good. The only thing I don't like is the mirror on the closet door. The closet is next to the bed and you can see yourself when you are sleep. It is a bit scary for me.

The location is good, there is a big mall within about a 5 minute walk on the mail road. Its very quite as its set back from the road . The cleaners do a great Job & are always smiling.

Nice big 2 room property with kitchen and tvs each room. Very clean. Nice pool and nice small fitness.

WiFi I’d very poor. Breakfast isn’t great.
