Awesome location, very cute rooms and amazing staff that will send my charger in the mail that I forgot. That’s amazing service.

We did have quite some ants in the bathroom. Probably this is very hard for the hotel to prevent, since these rooms are in the middle of the nature. The rooms were very, very clean.

The pool is beautiful and massive (green but seems clean enough), the location is about a 5 minute scooter drive to the walking street, the room is clean and there’s free tea and coffee. The staff are really friendly.

One of the dogs bit me on my leg. The dog was wagging his tail and seemed friendly as he lived at the hotel but turned very aggressive quickly. Do not stroke the dogs. There should be a sign stating to not stroke the dogs. This is the only downfall from our stay here.

Very friendly staff, nice swimming pool, cute buildings and room. Staff made up for any shortcomings. So friendly and saw to our every need.

lots of ants making their way into the room from the windowsill. the first night was the worst :(( also found a few in the bed with us. but thereafter they weren’t so bad and we just got used to them

Absolutely unreal property! The pictures are incredible but the property was even better! Exceptional pool area and my favourite part was the lovely owner, she is so friendly and welcoming. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable. The bed was huge and the interior design is so unique! In the night the whole place is lit up with lanterns, it’s very cute!

The shower was cold and very weak but who cares when you are in such a beautiful place, only a minor thing to dislike.

The location is great, the rooms are comfy and the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. We've been travelling a lot and were super tired and they really looked after us. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet but still closely located to the center (best to rent a scooter) We had a room inside the main building and were allowed to change it to one of the colourful rooms outside The pool is a big plus on hot days!

Large spacious room, with plenty of light and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The host was very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The room was clean and is decorated in a quirky and fun way.

The pool is rather green and murky, a little off-putting for swimming. Whilst the bathroom was clean, the drains often smelt.

I really the view from the swimming pool. especially in the morning, you can see the fog up on the mountain and also the room is very clean.

when I was there the pool was a bit green but the staff told me because it rains everyday that’s why it’s hard to manage, especially with a huge pool like this.

We loved this hotel! Couldn’t believe how big the grounds were, the pool was a really good size too (albeit a little bit green) but the staff did say it was being cleaned that day! There is 3 dogs at the property & we absolutely fell in LOVE with Sugar! She learnt the sound of our car and would run to greet us with licks everyday.
