Staff were great, cute, friendly and helpful. Water pressure and hot shower were super nice! During my stay here, I didn't really spend much on my lunch because the choices of humbly comforting food for breakfast were awesome. Location was just perfect, right by the Walking Street but also away from the hustle and bustle enough to have some peace to yourself. :) After checking out, the hotel manager went out of her way to send me off to my next accommodation which was on the outskirts of downtown.

I'm Southeast Asian so I don't mind hard mattresses but this one was not one of them. Also pillows were not as comfy too. Wifi speed is good but connection is a little bit unstable for work.

Location and ambience are both good...well appointed...with welcoming staff. It's also great to get "proper" sausages at breakfast and the presence of baked beans gave the game away that a Brit is behind this place! We enjoyed breakfast, that's for sure. When we had a problem with our air con on the first night, they fixed it the following day, so that was also appreciated. Loved the dogs too.

I am loathe to criticize as we did have a lovely stay - and I'm not sure what other hotels in Pai are charging - but I feel that this is a 1500B/night hotel at most. So, it falls down in the value stakes. I know it's the middle of high season in Pai but I expected a little more for the price. The Red Cross next door also means mornings are pretty noisy if you need to spend time in the room.

After seeing all of the great reviews we decided to book here and I have very mixed feelings about it. On one hand, there was really nothing bad to say about the hotel: It’s clean, the service is great, the price is nice, the communication was just fine and I felt like any problem I had they were quick to solve and very open to help.

The problem I had wasn’t what the hotel had but more of what it doesn’t have. The place is old, the locks on the door are physical locks and the decor is outdated. There is no pool, no real lounge, no restaurant, no view, room was serviced once during our 3 night stay. None of the things you really come to expect from a decent hotel. After staying here 3 nights, we found a place that for only 300 baht more had all of those things, in addition to being right by the river with expansive views of the mountains and river. I guess it’s all down to budget but I feel like for the price there should be more value.

Excellent location in Pai on a quiet street close to all bars, cafes, market etc. It was a really quiet hotel. The hotel bedroom was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice bed and shower. We had fresh towels, toiletries and water everyday which was great. There is a big fridge and good air con in the room. There is space to park bikes and scooters and they also rent out bikes at this hotel. Staff were friendly when we saw them and they helped us to extend our stay easily. Good value for money!

The room decor could be made more modern with simple neutral colours rather than blue to make it more relaxing. The room is too bright in the morning due to the multi coloured glass, they need curtains across. Reception is only open for a short period of time each day.

The location is perfect, it’s just a two minute walk to walking street yet far enough away for perfectly peaceful nights sleep. The room was clean, as were the reception and breakfast areas. Overall, the hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price paid. We received a phone call several hours after our departure, informing us that we’d left an iPad in the room. We were too far away to turn back so, at our request, the manager sent it to a hotel in Bangkok so that we could collect it later in our trip. Amazing customer service for which we are extremely grateful.

I loved this place! For me everything was perfect! Spacious cool rooms! I didn't even use AC. Spacious bathroom, hot water! Very good location, 5 min walking to center and bus station. You can park rented bike on territory. Simple but good breakfast! Hot dishes (a la cart), yogurt, muesli, fruits, toasts..! Administrator Pop was very friendly and helpful, she advised me really beautiful places to visit!☺️

Building works on the next territory, but it just from 8:00 to 17:00. Didn't bother me, but if you sensitive just bring ear plugs!

Breakfast options were good, and were really well presented. The location was good with shops, food markets, bars all 2 minutes walk away, the property has a lovely breakfast area and is in a lovely quiet street. The host Pop was absolutely lovely and helped us out when my partner was ill, even drove us to emergency room, and arranged to get us collected too, nothing was too much trouble for her. We highly recommend this lovely place.

Nothing to criticise about this place, all good.

The room was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful, my wife was sick and they helped us. We wanted to book one more night in the same room because she couldn't get out of bed and they promoted the people who booked our room the next night so we could stay there.

Room's furniture is a bit old but nothing too bad.

Loved our stay here. Lovely guest house on a quiet road a very short walk away from Walking Street night markets. Grocery shops just round the corner and also close to cafe's and restaurants. The room was large with a decent sized bathroom and was clean. Good choice of breakfasts as well! Stuart and Pop are great hosts and very kind, they are attentive and friendly and do everything they can to help make your stay better!

Only that we wished we could've stayed longer!
