Me and my wife spend our honeymoon in Thailand, and spent 5 nights in Pai. Our stay at Reverie Siam was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst lush greenery and tranquil surroundings, this resort is a true oasis of relaxation. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort's design and amenities was impeccable. Our room was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and elegance. The blend of traditional Thai architecture with modern touches created a unique and inviting atmosphere. What truly set Reverie Siam apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the personalized recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfection. Attention to details. We booked a mountain view deluxe , and garden room. Location - Quiet, tranquil and by a pleasant river. Away from bustle of Walking Street, but hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to town and back when needed. Room - Very clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was spacious with great shower temperature and pressure. Had lovely views of mountains from balcony, especially as clouds dispersed in morning or after the rains. Facilities - 2 salt water system swimming pools were clean and pleasant, and the stones used in the Stone Pool were non-slippery and easy to get around. Gardens were well manicured and hotel grounds were well maintained overall. Dining - Dishes were well executed. The carbonara was just creamy enough, without being cloyingly rich and chicken kebab was really tender and juicy. The pork ribs and breakfast were also good. Prices of food were reasonable and comparable to eateries at Walking Street, although quality seemed far better. Staff - Fantastic team who were thoughtful, helpful and very professional. Nem who drove us from Chiang Mai to Pai was quiet but attentive. He quickly pulled the van over when our friend got sick from the winding journey, and helped our elderly friend up and down the stairs to the toilet at the pit stop. Special shout out also to Ms Joy at the front desk who didn’t complain when we made last minute changes to an excursion booking, then went out of her way to arrange for a driver to take us on a valley tour at very short notice. She was also very thoughtful and prepared towels for us to bring along to the Hot springs. Ms Non was friendly and quick in helping us to change the room to one on the ground floor for our 84 year old friend with a prosthesis. All staff at Silhouette bar were also always attentive, obliging, polite, and pleasant. Gardeners would step aside unobstrusively for guests to pass.

Nothing

The location is perfect - just out of the main town so quieter but still close enough to walk and they provided free shuttles to/from town. The staff were amazing - so lovely and kind and couldn’t do more to help. The food - incredible food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, really high quality and different to standard Thai places, very popular with residents too. The bar - amazing staff and drinks. The room - perfect and clean, wouldn’t change a thing. The overall hotel is beautiful, great setting and well maintained. Every detail of the hotel has been thought about.

Absolutly evertything! We’ve traveled a lot and I think I never rated 10/10 but this is worth every single star. Beautiful room, wonderful or even a perfect swimmingpool, awesome views and best of all the service is outstanding! Within a second everything you wish for is arraged via whatsapp. You can arrange transfer (for free) to the Pai town. Room service. Help with arranging tours. We forgot our daughters Unicorn in the taxi and the hotel took care of it, they even send it by mail to our hotel in Bangkok The food in the restaurant is Good. Is western orientated. For us a pity but the quality is Good and therefor a Nice break in 3 weeks of asian dishes. Absolutly 100% complements and big Thanks to the staf ❤️

This is simply the best place to stay in Pai. If you yearn serenity, style, and class, and above all, love the attention to detail, then you have arrived at the right place. A classy property which deserves huge praise!

The only thing which I think could have improved my stay was a little more privacy on the balconies. I also would have preferred a table and chair as opposed to the lounge sofa. To have both would have been great! Mind you, this did not detract from the wonderful experience that I had!

All. A tasteful luxury resort, bungalow only type of rooms with 2 superb swimming pools and a very relaxing spot and structure on the river. Very professional and friendly service. In French calme, luxe et volupté. Started with 3 nights, extended with 2 other ones even at a higher price ( hotel was full). Restaurant very nice with good food at very reasonable price in a very romantic atmosphere.

Price a bit steep. Very little, here and there.

Overall the room is very big, and you have everything you need. I loved the bathtub and the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The bed outside on the balcony was perfect. The breakfast is very nice. The hotel's location is a bit outside of the city, but you have a shuttle that can take you to the city center all day.

My room was not that clean. I had to change the towels because they were not clean. I expect from a place like that to double-check if the room is clean and I was very surprised it was not. Also, I booked a room with a mountain view but in reality, it's more of a pool view.

wonderful relaxing environment; the British colonial history which has been carefully and systematically applied to resort gave a wondeful sensation in combination with the abundant natural environment! in short: a stylish, comforting and relaxing place where one should definitely go when looking for a place to relax and be one with nature and the old-fashioned traditional styles.. loved it!!

sincerely. no real negatives here; nitpicking I might indicate that whenever a hotel uses rain showers, means to clean them and using anti-Calc measure to ensure they work properly.

Breakfast was great. The room was lovely, however, I was expecting two double beds due to the picture and I was confused about the jacuzzi situation. Perhaps it can be more detailed in what each room provides for a clearer picture between them all. Service was good and I was happy with the room and most of the staff.

The pool was being cleaned for a long time and without notice on my last morning so I was unable to use the pool that day which was a shame.

Wow! We had the best experience staying at Reverie for our honeymoon! Starting with their excellent service and ending with their facilities! We made a mistake and double-booked 2 nonrefundable rooms at booking and agoda, Reverie were kind enough to cancel one of them without any charge! Thank you, Joy! This place is super class. It truly is a high-end resort! The beds are the most comfy we had in Thailand so far, and we were only at 5-star places. The location is great for us since we had a scooter And even without a scooter, there is a free per demand shuttle service to the town! They even gave us a special gift for our honeymoon! Thank you!

The pool is a quite cold... but after a while you get used to it and don't wanna leave I would also improve the shading in the room... morning sun prevents you from sleeping in...
