Good location away from the crowd but only 10mins walk to the beach. 20mins walk to the Mall. Many food stalls nearby and night market. Housekeeping on point. Spacious and Clean Room, Comfortable bed, Strong A/C. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming.

Their bed is 2 single connected not those king/queen size bed but its still comfortable. Our balcony were facing walls/drain/other hotel and the balcony is pretty dark at night. Should get the pool view for better experience. Their wall/door are a little thin can hear noise at the corridor and whenever someones passes by The elevator has a weird smell, might be their air freshener that stinks. Had to take two elevator to go up the room. There’s no TV channel only Youtube, and Netflix (need to download) and the internet is very bad. Not much facilities, there’s a gym room but no equipment maybe they’re still upgrading.

When I order a taxi, the hotel's location is at the roundabout and the entrance is high, and the car cannot come to the main door. I have to go downstairs, and sometimes the taxi loses the address.

To be honest nothing

- friendly staff - obliging chef who agreed to our request for porridge for breakfast and helped to steam our corns for our little toddler - for breakfast, we were given a choice of mocha, cappuccino or normal brewed coffee - breakfast spread was good and the cooked food were tasty - we booked a suite where the patio is right next to the swimming pool - convenient access to the pool - it's a short walk to the food market, the Simon Cabaret show and Patong beach

- need to climb the stairs to get to the reception as the hotel is built on a hill slope. There is no ramp or elevator to carry the luggage up to the hotel. Not wheelchair or pram friendly. However, the hotel staff was ever ready to offer their help.

The hotel is located on Patong round-about. The location is good, a lot of infrastructure around and easy to go to different places. Beach is around 10 min walking. A lot of cafes, massage salons and 7 eleven you can find in this area. Also there is a night market Malin plaza with good food 5 min from the hotel. The room was spacious and good looking. The bed was huge. They were giving 2 bottles of water every day. Beach towels are also available. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. The hotel might be a bit noisy, because it is facing the road, but for us it was not a problem.

The room we initially booked was facing the wall. So we had to pay extra to get a sea view room. It is better to book rooms with pool view or sea view. The cheapest rooms are mainly facing the wall (which is not specified when booking), only the ones on 6 floor are nice - they are facing the neighbor hotel. Also one elevator broke during our stay and it was never repaired till the end of our vacation.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all populare attractions - Patong party strip, Patong beach, Karen beach, Kata beach and we also walked to Paradise beach by foor but it would require effort especially in heat. Staff was friendly and helpfull. There were umbrellas available in case of rain. We had balcony with view on the street and pool on the 4th floor. Pool and hotel area was cleaned every day many times. Room itself was spacious and with good lights, modern design and well cleaned. Bathroom was spacious, great shower with shampoo, shower gel. Also available sanitary kit with earbuds and cotton pads, toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary bags and shower caps. Hand soap and hand lotion available. Cleaning ladies did wonderfull job, they came around 11-12 every day Balcony had table and 2 chairs Laundry service were available but we dis not use it, 200BTH per washer or 300BTH for quick wash, it is much cheaper prices on the streets that we saw if you want to save some money can try those Overall this stay was worth this money and we really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to our friends, just maybe would take breakfast somewhere else

Breakfast was one of the worst we had, some vegetables, bread, croissant, watermelon and dragon fruit, juice, cereal, from warm food only omlet. Coffee was excellent though! There were some noise heard from the traffic during the night and balcony doors were making noise because of wind Some bugs here and there but nothing major, just dont leave the food out or ants will come and find it Curtains could use a wash Very steep drive in to the entrance, like 45 degrees, can be slippery in rain On the check out we had to wait for the room to be checked so we can leave even though our mini bar was empty upon arrival so we felt a little bit like poddible dirty theaves but this is unfortunatelly common practice in asia even in nice hotels
