Very modern and clean with good quality furniture and facilities. The staff were extremely kind and supportive, I’m very grateful they had English speaking staff as well because this really helped me in a couple of situations. I’d really recommend staying here, if the pool isn’t enough to convince you then maybe the sauna? The gym? The spa? They have so much to offer and I felt really satisfied especially as a solo traveller. I hardly have any negatives to say about it. Oh and the restaurant is decorated so beautifully, such gorgeous artwork. Oh and the breakfast buffet is such great value for money, such high quality delicious food Rooms are really nice- had a kitchen area including a microwave and stove, washing mashing, mini fridge, (very large) tv with channels in multiple languages, sofa, balcony, bedside lamps and charging ports, bath and shower. Very comfy

They have an insect problem. The first time I notified them about it- very small ant-like insects crawling everywhere… the bed, the sofa, on the floors etc. they changed my room immediately. However 2 days after being in the new room, I saw them appearing in the room again. This really surprised me because I also stayed in another 3 star hotel in Thailand and didn’t have the same issue. It was quite shocking for me. Another downside for me was the bar? I thought the drinks were a little overpriced? But nothing major

Nice rooftop swimming pool and bar (even almost the time is close) with wonderfull view. Pity cant really relax as many people come only for take photos. The swimming pool is not so big but enough for refresh with an amazing view. Fitness is small but with enough things to work out. The rooms are nice but not so big as i though (not think is 35m2). I choose an ocean view but in fact from my room i could see only a small part of it. The rooms are enough soundproof (not sound from aisle or other rooms) but the windows are not soundproofed and morning car sounds come from the 2 big road cross Pattaya (for me was really noisy but im very sensitive about it). I appreciate that in the morning is very dark because perfect curtain. The hotel is new and very big. Almost thai people or asian and perfect situated in the middle of Pattaya even 1 km to the beach. I havent had breakfast so i can't judge.

In the room you can find washing machine but cant fint place to hang up and dry it (so totally useless). I the room there is also eletric plate but not pan (so again totaly useless) The windows are not soundproofed and morning car sounds come from the 2 big road cross Pattaya (for me was really noisy but im very sensitive about it): for me this is the biggest problem. The balcony is very small (totaly useless) and not chair to sit down). When i arrived the trash can of toilet was full of used paper....NO Comment. But they cleaned immediately and apologise.

Good, central location. Walking distance to beach promendae (750m). Comfy beds. Great rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast / restaurant OK but not that much choice or day to day variation, Car valet parking (free) was great.

Still quite a bit of road noise at night even though we had a high room. Replenishment of toiletries needed to be reqested. We broke a bedside table light due to lack of space between sofa / coffee table and bedside table - the glass on top of the light isn't attached and it fell off when knocked.

the location is a bit removed from the beach and nightlife. The room safe is located at floor level so you have to get on your hands and knees to use it. We had a shock on checking out, we were charged 2000 tb as there was a small stain on the bed sheets due to my partners time of the month. totally unheard of and very disappointing.

Arbour is a very nice hotel, with a decent restaurant and facilities. The staff are very attentive and the late night bar on the rooftop is well worth a visit, if a little expensive.. The rooms and beds are comfortable and are well maintained.

There wasn't a huge amount of choice at breakfast, but the food was well prepared. The restaurant staff were very attentive. Our one recurring criticism was the amount of guests in the breakfast room/ restaurant who were constantly recording video clips for social media, and filming the entire room full of guests. Not everyone wants to be recorded while they are eating. There should be a limit to where in the hotel guests can do this.

Efficient friendly staff. Rooms are very big. Rooftop pool and bar are amazing. All kind of wannabe models do foto shootings there. Breakfast was good. Next time we will stay there again.

The temperature in the restaurant for breakfast was too cold. Common mistake they make all over Asia.

The staff were so welcoming, the room was huge and has absolutely everything you need in it.. from the washing machine to the massive bed, to the huge bathroom and that isnt even the best part.. The top floor of the building has an amazing view of the bay and the city. Youll be up there for hours taking photos, enjoing the sun and taking a swim.. Then when you are done you can head downstairs to take a shower and a sauna, then walk out to the beautiful restaurant that has some of the best coffee in Thailand. Overall an unforgettable experience.

If washing clothes there isnt really a good place to dry them.

Armor is a lovely hotel. The location is good- a 5-minute taxi ride from the beach or Central Plaza Mall. Cheap local restaurants within walking distance. There is a great swimming pool and gym on the top floors. The food was good, but breakfast was a little limited in options, but the food was very nice. The breakfast staff excellent are and very attentive and able to make changes to the set meals if asked. The pool area becomes an excellent late-night bar and restaurant from about 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. Overall very happy with our holiday at the Arbour Hotel.

Beautiful hotel, the room was so comfortable and spacious. Our room had a washing machine and a microwave which was a nice surprise. Daily room cleaning service was the best I’ve ever had, cleaner was so tidy and thoughtful. Buffet breakfast was good with many options but mostly had Asian food. So happy with our stay, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in & would definitely stay again

Only thing was that it was sometimes hard to get into the hotel by car, but this was mainly due to Songkran festival traffic
