Quiet and peaceful area away from the party scene.

Lil bit too far off places to eat and roam around for first time travellers in Pattaya.

The Hotel is new and a nice place to sleep without noise. The Aircon is verry quiet and the rooms Comfortable. The Staff was friendly but at all didnt care Costumer.

For example, we lay at the Pool have Staff Working at the Bar without any Costumer but noone ask us what we want to drink, we have to ask them! Noone clean the Ashtrees or remive the Trash from others. One Day others was eat MC Donnalds at the pool, but noone come and remove the trash. Not because they bussy, because they lazy.There was enough Staff to do the job!

The hotel was super clean and the swimming pool was great too

After 10:30pm no taxi near the hotel you have to order on application

It was the first hotel I stayed in Pattaya. Breakfast was excellent and there was a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away, so it was a very good hotel. We will book again next time. I'm sorry I couldn't use the pool.

Staffs were very cooperative and cleanliness was excellent.It is a newly constructed hotel. The swimming pool and gym facilities were good and at any time can use. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel including breakfast. Total marks I choose 9 out of 10. Hope to visit again the same hotel with family members. Thank you Booking.com

Distance a bit far from beach road so need to await taxi for about 10 to 15 minutes. However staffs were very helpful and assist to arrange a taxi.

Friendliness of the cleaning staff. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. 10 minute walk to the mall and Fairtex Muay Thai Gym.

The front desk staff were not as friendly. Some days they would completely ignore me while waiting for service. Twice rang for service and request was not provided. Had to go down stairs both times to the front desk to follow-up on request

The hotel features a contemporary architecture and designs, everything in the hotel is clean and comfy. The Pattaya Night Bazaar, Terminal 21, and Big-C are all very close to the hotel, and a Seven-Eleven is only a few steps away. When you arrive, the staff will serve you a refreshing honey-lemon drink and welcome you with a kind grin. You can easily take a walk to the nearby beach.

For Muslim tourists, a variety of halal food options should be offered.

Great hotel with amazing staff and facilities .Value for money. The pool view room is the best . Special thanks to the housekeeping team and front office. Location bit away but terminal 21 walkable distance .

Nothing , just that I was expecting a king bed but provided a twin bed connected to each other but other facilities outweighed .

The entire hotel is very new refurbished. Facility is clean and new. Room size is good. Worth it. Bed is also good. Shower is good. Swimming pool is good.

The 3 reception staffs initially couldnt handle one single indian complaint at front desk. And cause everyone of us waiting for them during check in. Breakfast was so so. The soup and porridge daily is always so salty everyday. But the others were fine.

A lovely new hotel. A great room with a lovely big bed. The bathroom and shower are really good. I didn’t use the pool this time but I will on my next visit.

The location is the only thing that doesn’t get top marks as it is a bit far from the places I like to go to but a cheap short Bolt taxi solves that.
