Nice hotel near the beach. Not exactly the newest in the area, but the price-quality is right. Good beds, good breakfast. Floors 21-30 are good, because two elevators go from the reception only to these floors. Movement is easier, especially during rush hour.

In Thailand, the use of Cannbis has been liberalized. although a fair amount was used, the smell was not pleasant. The rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon on some days. We asked for check-in: It is possible to get a hotel earlier for free and receive a confirmation by e-mail. We arrived by taxi directly to the hotel. The room we booked was not available, so they gave us a Family Suite, which was much appreciated and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the two swimming pools.

The DIB rooftop restaurant plays disco-loud music, far too loud. Maybe some people like that, but the food and drinks up there are quite expensive, and if you want a high-class atmosphere you should keep the noise low.

Nice hotel with the beach just on the other side of the road. Hade a nice balcony view over the sea. Sn okey gym.

The shower was very poor, almost no pressure if you wanted hot water.

furnishings in the room were a little tired and dated.......Plastering around the shower needed work....I ordered a double bed which was in the room. It was however two single beds pushed together which I thought was in very poor taste....Sleeping on the crack between the two beds was not a pleasant experience.

Mold on the shower curtain. I think if they change the curtains or get rid of the mold it would make it just perfect. There are also a lot of birds around and they are pooping on the balcony, I have no problem with it but would be great if cleaning staff get rid of the poop time to time

location is perfect on the Jomtien Beach Road. easy access to all the surrounding food, drink and attractions. Easy check in and perfect for a short stay.

Booked 2 double rooms. Got 2 twin rooms. Single beds were horrific. Creaking and unstable. maybe good for a kid but not for grown adults. Balcony furniture was broken and worn. great view but no way of sitting and enjoying it. Breakfast very mediocre.

Nice location, and good views from the balcony. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and main dishes changed daily. The pool was kept clean and we enjoyed the happy hour cocktails. Surrounded by plenty of convenience stores, good restaurants, and massage shops, but very few shops for souvenirs other than beachwear. Easy to catch a baht bus outside the hotel to go further along the beach road or to Pattaya.

Our stay was pretty good so comments are actually relatively minor. Some sites say it is 5 star, but it is more like an older 4 star. Some hotel descriptions and photos show slippers and robes but there weren't any in our premiere room (upgraded from deluxe, noting they are the same rooms and facilities but premiere rooms were renovated some years ago, with different wood tone furniture and wall treatments). There is good sound proofing between rooms, however the balcony door glass is thin, so celebrations on the beach are really loud in the room. Earplugs are necessary. Bathroom could use a good deep clean and refresh. The bath has been resurfaced many times and there is mould on the shower blind and basin area silicon. The tv felt small for the room size.

Great location in Jomtien, close to the clean and less hectic Jomtien beach ( but note this is far from the bustle and hustle of Pattaya beach in Pattaya Central) Good beach for families and travelers who want tranquility Very clean hotel Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel Good buffet breakfast ( a must to include in your booking). Electricity sockets very loose, your phones won’t charge properly ( you wake up with battery empty) and electric gadgets will be flipping on and off. Very very bad! They better change the sockets it’s such a massive letdown for such a good hotel WiFi a bit weak in certain areas ( was on 14th floor and it was weak always)

Lovely all round hotel we had dinner few times in the cafe next to restaurant access to beach stir friend beef lovely did not get waiters name had pony tail very good at his job hope to be back again lovely big balcony with ocean view peacefull

Sadly unless you spend extra an go to the cafe and order American breakfast very little on buffet mostly foods for Asian people I had corn flakes. And toast could be better with bacon. And sausages not small hot dogs but likely cook for mostt popular guests tenned to be Chinese
